Only used the drive thru at this location. Service is quick and staff friendly. Food has been standard Wendy's which is a good thing.

i don’t know who the manager is but the people down at kingston rd need to take notes! never disappointed when i come here food is always good and fresh, worth the extra few minutes to drive here

This is a typical Wendy’s restaurant per its template. The burger combos I ordered came as requested but the order taker had trouble understanding Canadian English unfortunately. I had to clearly repeat the order 4 times to ensure it was entered correctly. I was patient but the communications issue does back up the customer ordering at the counter. Apart from that everything was fine.

Always had a good time coming here. Food is very good. The place is very clean and tidy. The staff are very nice and friendly. I saw a staff trying to teach this old lady how to use the new soda machine. Rather come here and drive the extra miles than go to the one in Kingston that is much closer to my place.

I always like coming to this location. Yesterday I had sausage and egg on a fresh biscuit. The biscuit is absolutely delicious. Flaky outside and moist inside. Highly recommend this breakfast sandwich.

I always enjoy a good bowl of Chili, especially, of course, if I cook it myself! Other than home-cooked, It's hard to find one that's better than Wendy's. It's meaty, with rich flavour, and they serve it with crackers and hot sauce. Good value! The service at this location in Ajax is far better than the one in Pickering!

I still think Wendy's has the best fries of any fast food store. Update March 28 2023. Still love the fries, but the prices are getting ridiculous! $15 for a fast food burger and fries! Outrageous! I can get 'real food' for less. Sorry, but this was my last visit. You finally found my limit. Congratulations. Update for 2024.. Now over $16! I'm done... will not be returning who can afford this price for a fast food burger?
