Waited 15 minutes for Farmers wraps and I watched them remove my order from the screen. When asking questions about my order, the staff proceeds to walk away and ignore my question. Don't waste your time coming here, the entire staff has a miserable look on their face and do not want to be there nor do they wanna serve you. Take the 15 minute drive to Bowmanville.

I love to come to this Tim Horton, it’s very clean & great service , all the staff are very friendly but Jason is the ICON OF TIM Horton , I meet many kind people/ customers in this place & I see them often because the staff & the owner treat customers like their family, many thanks to all the staff at this restaurant.😊❤️🌷

Service here is utterly abysmal. Consistently get given the wrong order, nobody behind the counter is conpetent enough to go at faster than a walking pace, and they seem as though they require more training. There are a couple good workers that are quick and efficient, the vast majority are slow and incompetent. It is very unfortunate, this location used to be much better

Ive been frequenting this tim hortons on a daily basis multiple times for the past year or so. The staff at this location in Newcastle are in dire need of more training/supervision. There’s a lady I see everyday in the morning, she never smiles nor greets or responds to a thank you. In the past, I’ve specifically asked for an english muffin with only egg & cheese (no bacon) but I was still handed the english muffin with the bacon. The muffin was also toasted to the point that it was barely edible. Today, I went there during my lunch hour and asked for chilli and couple of other food items. I was charged the wrong amount then asked to repeat my order which I did & then I was handed the wrong order without the chilli but instead a bag full of donuts. Once I got home, I realized that my lunch was missing. Not to mention, there’s been several times where a bottle of coke was given to me with sticky liquid all over the bottle. Each time, I’d grab the bottle & automatically have my hands get sticky… These are not small mistakes, it’s clear that the staff aren’t taking these roles seriously and are betting on you not returning to get the correct order because the lines are extremely long and slow as is. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. With coffee machines being available in most homes today and people becoming health/money conscious- Id highly advise the person running this location to take a close look at how things are being done. It may be the only Tim Hortons in town but the food provided isn’t a necessity and more so a treat for people that make the purchases. If the customer experience is lacking and the food orders aren't prepared correctly, I’m not sure why people would be returning.

Extremely disappointed with newcastle Tim hortons, The drive through line is super slow even when there's few vehicles going in. My friend and I ordered iced coffee with extra base, it was still not sweet. Not sure if the staff is being trained properly. I don't have this problem with any other tim hortons. There's alot of staff working, but the service is extremely slow. I ordered large french vanila today, as you can see by the picture, it's not even a full cup. Looks like it was filled to medium. Orders are wrong most of the time. My husband has to taste his coffee every time on the spot before moving the car. Please train your staff to do a better job while taking orders at drive through.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Out of the 100s of times I’ve been to this store in the last 4yrs they have maybe gotten my order correct two times. Even if you bring it back and ask for it made correctly. The owners of this location obviously need to spend some time training their employees or start treating them like they’re people or something. Absolutely ridiculous. Update: Tried this place again. Ordered a double toasted bagel because they never remember to turn the toaster on or something and it doesn’t even warm it up for a single toasted. Received a literal charcoal bagel. Keep up the great work guys.

The only Tim Horton's in New Castle. Line up outside for drive-thru is always super long, but goes quickly. Inside service is fairly slow, with not much sense of urgency - very relaxed. Overall they do a good job. Thank you
