McDonald's

Ordered two Coffee one L & XL with 3 cream & sugar each but they served black coffee, As we were on traveling we couldn't able to go back, As we did the Mobile order it feels like they had confusion for that too.

McDonald's (Hwy 115, Newcastle) Very Disappointed  -  I have stopped here several times when travelling and it's usually okay.  This time they weren't busy considering the time of day.  I waited more than 15 minutes to even place my order.  There was only one other person behind me.  I waited at least another 15 minutes to receive my order which was supposed to be a BLT burger and medium coffee.  When I got to my car and opened the bag, it was the wrong burger.  Since I had little time, I decided not to return it.  I received a Big Mac, which was barely warm, and not good,  along with a coffee that tasted like it had been sitting since breakfast. At other locations, McDonald's coffee is delicious. I gave 2 stars for atmosphere because it was nice to see the staff happy and almost giddy when I arrived.  However, the back and forth chatter and laughter went on for the entire half hour I was there waiting.  After receiving my order, I realized their comaderie was at the expense of efficiency and customer service.  I'll be packing my own lunch next time.

Absolutely 100% the new gold standard in burgers. The big arch. I never had a burger that delicious in Canada until now. Highly recommended. And this location is superb. Excellent service. Very, very friendly and nice atmosphere. Hands-down the best McDonald’s I have been to in Canada.

I tried to place an order through the app, but it wouldn’t let me order online from this McDonald's. So, I went inside and placed my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t check it when I left. When I finally sat down to eat, I realized that instead of poutine, I got some kind of soup, which is inedible. Money wasted! Does anyone know how to request a refund for this inedible poutine that I had to throw away?

Came here at 1130 ish on a beautiful Thursday for chow and some gas (across road) and these folks are getting slammed. They did an excellent job (Especially Mary) . Customer service top notch.

I asked them to make sure to fill my large fries as I've noticed they don't fill it properly. (Not the only MCDONALD'S) I didn't leave the take-out window, checked, showed her it was pretty empty for a large fry. So she gave me a small fry to make-up for it. After I added the small fry to it, it was a proper full size fry. Check it, and make sure it's filled.

My drink was covered in a slime. It was all over the cup they used. Throat is itchy and feeling very sick.

I LOVE this location, its always so busy but very fast paced and we never have to wait long. Our orders have always been perfect, never had an issue. The staff and management are always very nice as well. What I really wanted to review was this muffin, I took a picture half way through eating it because it was just SO good, I couldn't help myself. This is their Fruit n Fibre muffin and honestly 10/10. This is probably the best/freshest muffin I have ever had, from anywhere, it honestly tastes like a gourmet muffin from an upscale bakery. Keep up the awesome work!
