Consistently terrible service! Says they are 24 hours but many times i will sit in the drivethru for about ten minutes with nobody else in line. Then i just leave and go somewhere else. They also seem to always be having issues with something whether its no debit or credit or they dont have a product. Do better.

What a terrible experience of customer service at this place! Order a cold latte with syrup and sweetener and the person making my order literally called EVERY person working at the time to show them my order and laugh at it (because it has syrups and sweetener along with almond milk). They took 15 MINUTES to make a freaking latte. Why? Because the first time they made the latte HOT when my order was for cold. The entire time they wasted laughing at the order, didn’t notice the order was for cold? They again started making the order and calling it “so funny” — which I’m fine with. Just do your jokes after you’ve delivered the order so I’m not late. I don’t want to stand 15 minutes to get a freaking latte. They need a course in customer service and coffee making.

Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen .. 30 min to get 1 hot chocolate and a cold drink. The staff isn’t taking their job seriously, just chatting together while 15 people are waiting. In a on route, you need efficient people, we can’t wait 30 min for a drink, it’s disrespectful for people’s time. Don’t stop there, wait for the next one.

This is one of the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The customer service was splendid. This was absolutely a fantabulous experience. 10/10 coming here again, my taste buds have never tasted such beauty. The icecap and timbits definitely tingled my tongue in all the right places.

Bad experience with the service from their side, we have ordered and waited for more than 30min & haven't received the food. Later, we canceled the order, and we lost our valuable time. we will never visit this Tim again. In my opinion, it's better to close or change the entire crew.in an onroute shop, the employees must be time efficient. The people who visit the onroute are mostly in rush. It's better to value the customers' time. This is the first time I got the worst experience from Tim Hortons. Thank you for your great customer service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I was getting some thing to drink after a long day and they got my order wrong so I just said something about it and they charged me extra for no reason and I was talking to the lady at the window about it and she was being VERY rude and SLAMMED the door in my face so I went inside just to hear her trash talking to other employees about us very rude I later learned that lady that was the supervisor Marina. I think that they should hire better supervisors because stunts like that are teaching employees that it’s okay to act like this it’s funny that places like this don’t tolerate disrespect but then treat their customers like this that was not appropriate me and my family WILL be contacting the manager and speaker to them about this issue shame on her! As I repeat DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Tim Hortons, EnRoute, Hwy401, Newcastle. We stopped today to grab a coffee and a quick bite while heading to Toronto. Being in a hurry, we ordered via the mobile app. it is heavily marketed to us as a better option. Unfortunately for us, 20 minutes later, we were informed they couldn't complete our order as the omelet bites were still frozen. The employee stated that our order had only just arrived, even though we had received an order confirmation 21 minutes earlier, saying they are starting to prepare it. Meanwhile, customers who had not been in line when we arrived had their orders filled. The employee finally agreed to refund my items, but only after I confirmed there wasn't an option in the app that I could find. It seems there are not enough staff and that their technology is sorely lacking. All that to say, we spent a very disappointing 1/2 hour there, for nothing.

Absolutely horrible service. The gentlemen taking our order was kind, but that was about it. The baristas were flirting with each other & standing around. After having ordered at the Tims, it took nearly 20 minutes for us to get three iced coffees. They didn't start to make it for at least 12-13 minutes after we had been standing there. Then the barista started to make iced cappes instead of coffees and had to be stopped and corrected by a different barista. Completely nonchalant about efficiency or even any sort of motivation to get an order through the door even though there was a long line of people behind us who hadn't even ordered. No manager or experienced person around to oversee the operation. Looked like a bunch of college students chatting, moving about casually and without purpose, and occasionally handing out the orders placed. Really unacceptable for a Tim's that people stop at between highway driving. I have had a great experience in comparison at almost all other OnRoutes. The drinks too were sloppily prepared. No ice in the iced coffee. I avoid this Tims at all costs. Go to the Starbucks next to it. Get an overpriced drink, but save your time.
