The Mansion House Historic Restaurant

I ordered a Greek salad, Chicken Tikka Marsala(with rice) and Nachos with Chicken, we had some modifications (no olives in Salad & no jalapeños in the Nachos). The instructions were completely ignored and the minuscule portions were ridiculous, I literally got out a measuring cup to measure the serving of rice (not even 1 cup)! The prices are far too expensive for both the portions and quality of food!

Chrissy is definitely the star of this restaurant with her great service and vibrant personality. I went there last night with my American friends and we enjoyed Karaoke with Kat and had the meatloaf and fish and chips, all were very good. We will be back and recommend this restaurant to all.

I ordered the steak sandwich with onion rings on the side. There was only a thin layer of meat and nothing else on the sandwich. It was so dry! I had a hard time swallowing it down. And only 6 onion rings on the side. I thought my husband ate half without me seeing. We won't be going back. Its too expensive for such subpar food.

What a pleasant surprise! We had dinner here while up in the area. The new owners have done a fabulous job of re-inventing this place! The service was outstanding! Nika was amazing! We were greeted instantly with a warm smile and vibrant personality. This is the type of service that the industry needs to see more of! The food was amazing, and atmosphere was lively. The new owners were extremely warm and welcoming! We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there for the first time with my daughter for our birthdays since we are a week apart and we ordered some food and as an appetizer, we ordered the broccoli bites. I could not believe they brought the broccoli bites and they were charging $7.99 for four pieces ??? Of course I sent it back, but before I did I asked the guy that brought them to our table, is that it? He said "yes" oh but they're full of cheese! As if that was going to make up for why they were charging eight dollars for four little tiny broccoli bites. I am not rich enough, nor am I no more stupid enough to pay two dollars apiece for these things. See the picture below and needless to say we won't be going back. Our waitress was great and we wanted to tip her and she told us that the new owners would not allow tips to be put on debit and we had no cash so I felt like crap not being able to tip her. We will never go back, nor will we recommend this place.

Popped in for lunch on a whim. Ordered a phillys cheesesteak and club sandwich. Club came out with semi burnt end of the loaf , very unappealing appearance. Cheesesteak was visibly dry and tasted dry. Let’s see how well the one bite passes through my colon. Restaurant was empty and smelled of nicotine. I try to do local but that seems to be a losing battle! Sorry to say it was a total strikeout

Haven’t been to the mansion in YEARS but I saw they renovated the whole thing so I thought I would give it a go. Went on a Sunday for dinner, it was EMPTY. The server was very nice but not very knowledgeable about the menu yet, they are new so I understand. We ordered two drinks, a Caesar and a lemonade drink. They took a very long time to get to us since the bar is in the back but when we did get them they were VERY good. We ordered an appetizer, the grilled calamari, it was pretty good, a bit chewy but the flavours were good. I ordered the filet and my friend ordered the shrimp pasta. The steak was cooked as I ordered but it didn’t really have a sear on the outside. The mashed potatoes were basic and the grilled veggies were sad. The shrimp pasta was also pretty basic, the shrimp itself was good but the pasta was boring, basic buttered noodles. Overall it wasn’t bad by any means it was just “meh”. Not worth the 80$ I paid. The highlight was definitely the drinks.
