We had an incredible experience at The Keg in Burlington, and it’s all thanks to the amazing front-of-house team and outstanding service! After a disappointing visit to the Oakville location due to poor customer service, we decided to make the drive to Burlington—and we are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our walk-in reservation for two adults and two kids. They were welcoming, professional, and made us feel like valued guests. Hands down, the best front-of-house staff I’ve ever experienced! Our waitress was equally impressive—so sweet, personable, and attentive. She checked in at just the right moments, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail made the evening even more enjoyable. The food, as always, was fantastic, but the service we received truly set this visit apart. Burlington’s Keg location has won us over, and we will definitely be making the trip back here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal paired with top-tier service.

I ordered FILET MIGNON (the most tender) and NEW YORK STRIPLOIN, Caesar Salad, and Garlic Mashed Potato as accompaniments. All of them were amazing. I savored each bite slowly to prolong the pleasure. Our server, Jeff, was so attentive and kind. I also enjoyed a refreshing cocktail during the meal, and for dessert, I had a delicious slice of pie that perfectly capped off the evening. If you visit the restaurant on the weekend, you should expect to wait at least 30 minutes.

A fantastic food and amazing service, Fird (apologies if I mispronounced his name) was an amazing host, caring, knowledgeable and very professional! The steak was delicious and the appetizers were so good. Will definitely visit again!

This is our go-to steakhouse, and it always delivers. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking, and Chad provided outstanding service. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the restaurant is always impeccably clean.

Tried this place for first time. I had a reservation for dinner on Saturday night. We did not have to wait to get our table. Our waitress was very friendly and came to our table couple of times to find out how we were doing. We were offered water but it took too long to arrive. We thought that it might be forgotten. The noise level was low considering the amount of people in the site. The food was good, however the delivery time was too long.

Always delicious!! The steak is very tender, juicy, and flavourful. Nice selection of sides. Our appetizer was great as well. The free bread they bring to the table is delicious. Always excellent service as well.

We have nearly every family celebration at The Keg. This was our first time at this location. Service was great: quick, friendly funny and personable. One 'problem'....no prime rib!! At 6pm dinner time! What a disappointment. That's my number one choice at the keg. 10oz prime rib, fried onion straws, garlic mashed, that's the classic meal for me! I was lost and didn't know what to do after that news. That's the luck of the draw I guess. Our server recommended the Rib Steak instead. Which is a 20oz bone in steak. ~$60 vs the ~$40 prime rib. It was more than I needed, but I went with the recommendation. In the end it was well worth it. Hard on the wallet, but I enjoyed it. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and return again!

Had a really nice dinner for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner with her family. Service was fantastic and paid attention to detail! Was a great Enviroment, the staff was so nice and pleasant to be around. Our server I think his name was Jared is an amazing dude class act of person. Always checked up on us and made us feel at home. Food came out perfect not a complaint! It was an excellent time and I will be back! Recommend this place to all!
