My phone died while making an order on the app. I thought I had ordered 2 - 12" sandwiches not having my glasses on. When the order had already been paid and rung through on the app I had made the mistake of ordering two 6'' sandwiches. There is a promotion on foot longs buy on get one free so essentially the same amount of $$$. I asked the owner is the spirit of common good would she honor this as two 12" sandwiches because I didn't know how to cancel the order and redo it and then my phone died on top. She would not... My family and I regularly shop at this location all the time and after this I WILL NEVER order here again period.

Tonight, we walked to our local Subway in Newcastle. There was only one young boy working at the store. He was absolutely slammed with skip orders as well as a full line of foot traffic customers. He was friendly and efficient and polite and kept the orders moving. So very impressed with how he handled everything. Well done!

The staff was pretty rude and the food wasn't that good there were two people making sandwiches one of them was just standing there and the other one was talking to a customer it took them 10 minutes to make me a sandwich

I went into this subway yesterday, and was very pleased with my experience. The man working was very helpful and built me the best sub I have ever had at subway. I have never really liked subway, but this experience was great.

It was fairly busy. The girls did very good job at being concentrated and fast making the subs. Nice location. Air conditioned. Clean. Bathrooms are available. Looks like The price point are a bit hire than other places

Worst food and service of all the subways. No one there knows how to prepare food or deal with people. Two faced management, greedy and unethical. Food is bad and everyone there will lie and pretend to run a good store while taking your money. Go to bowmanville location and avoid this one at all costs.

Inquired if they are hiring students on behalf of my Nephew. Was told straight up by the lady they are but not "guys" as per a discussion she previously had with owner, they are not as good as girls at making subs apparently . Not cool, I USED to go to this subway a lot. Lot of growing up too do. 🫡

Great staff, fresh ingredients. Love their veggie salad. One thing I really like is the have real jalapeño peppers. A lot of subways only have the sweet hot ones. They make everything as you like it and the price is great too. Small place to sit in, so order and head down to the beach, the park ether on Andrew street or take out for home!
