Great food. Best place for authentic Tamil flavours! Reminded me of back home taste. It was my revisit to this place second time in a week with my family. Ordered Chennai style biryani, thali and idly. All of them were delicious 👌🏻👍🏻

Visited sri aswins on Christmas. Had veg thali, goat paya, paratta and salna. It was Wednesday so got mango Lassi for free. Food was in good portions and great home made quality. Salna for Paratta was thicker and good for the parattas. I have ordered from them on uber and had great experience each time.would visit again to taste other items. Got pineapple kesari as compliment on dinein for bill exceeding 40 cad. Food was served in take away containers making it easy to take away left over from dine in.

Every food items in this restaurant is delicious and worth for the money. We tried Chennai style chicken Briyani, Pepper chicken, Egg kothu roti, Pallipalayam chicken, parotta Gravy, chicken 65, Masala Dosa, Kesari, Veg meals ( on different occasions). All items are so good and it’s one of the best South Indian restaurants in Ajax. If you are craving for South indian delicacies, try this out and you won’t be disappointed :)

Tried Sri Aswins Kitchen for the first time for a quick lunch on Sunday. Ordered CHENNAI STYLE Chicken Biryani seeing its high popularity along with one Sambar Vada. I found the Chicken Biryani just okay. Not that great. The appearance of the rice wasn’t appealing and it tasted a bit dry. It had two medium sized chicken pieces with bones and not much meat. However, it was cooked well. The gravy and raita served along with the biryani were good. Better than the gravy and raita served with chicken biryanis that I have tried at other places. The Kesari (dessert) which was also served with the biryani was quite nice. The quantity of the chicken biryani was good. The Sambar Vada was also okay. The Vadas were big but there was hardly any Sambar. The Sambar seemed to have too much Sambar powder in it. Also, there were too many peppercorns in the Vadas which was a bit annoying. The young lady at the counter was pleasing and offered good service. My overall experience was okay considering the feedback provided above. Nevertheless, I will be coming back to try some of their other South Indian dishes the next time!

Loves the Chennai style egg kuthu paratha, chicken 65 here. It's almost like street style taste in Chennai. Curry leaf powder masala Dosa also should be special mentioned. The service was very good. Highly recommended.

Happen to stop by at Sri Ashwins Kitchen today. What can I say, this was by far one of the best South Indian restaurants in the GTA. The ghee dosa was a treat to the taste buds! Perfect crispness and flavour! The Mutton chukka with the Parotta was also on another level. Honestly if you haven’t done it already, please stop by and give yourself a treat! The chef and the cashier were extremely hospitable and helpful. I am definitely coming back here!

Excellent food. We know Aswin for the past 2 years and we used to get his Home cooked chicken Biriyani for my kids bday party. Recently ordered 2 Chennai style chicken Biriyani and 1 Ambur style chicken Biriyani . Loved the Biriyani and my entire family enjoyed it. Keep up the taste and good work.
