Stopped at Skippers a couple of weeks ago. First of all the girl taking the order was super nice and efficient. The price was reasonable and the food was great! Highly recommend 👌 Great customer service.

We waited an hour, while waiting for our food we watched the cook touch raw bacon then proceed to touch a number of other food items including buns and vegetables. Don’t eat there, it’s totally unsanitary! Then refused to give our money back

I wanted to stop at a chip truck and saw these amazing reviews. I initially wanted the fish and chips but it seems they dont have it anymore. I paid 14 dollars for my shrimp and chips and that includes tax. It was delicious! My husband who is so picky about shrimp loved them too! I highly recommend. It came with seafood sauce and tartar and lots of fries! They also have kawartha ice cream as well as milk shakes and a variety of pop. I ordered take out and it was nicely wrapped.

Amidst the renovations to celebrate their upcoming 30th anniversary, ordered a single scoop ice cream for a hot day, was delicious 😊 happy anniversary skippers! Hope this year is the very best yet!

Aside from the kawartha ice cream, the service speed was at an all time slow speed. It took 22 minutes to recieve 4 out of our 6 ice creams. In between our ice cream being served, 4 other folks were served their hot lunch food. The excuse given to us was that the ice cream was in the back and is hard to scoop.. then maybe move it closer? Quite the attitude, negative energy and pathetic excuses from the "2 during the week" employees. Lastly, when asked for a refund on our 2 last ice creams, they only offered 1 refund because the other one was "in process". Lame.

It was okay....we ordered shrimp and chips a burger hotdog and deep fried mushrooms. Shrimp was very good and a generous portion. Fries were a bit thick and undercooked. Buns on burger and dog were nice and fresh. Deep fried mushrooms had way too much batter on them. No where to sit here had to eat in our car

Stopped by on the way back to Toronto. Got the halibut fish and chips. Made on the spot when we ordered and was great. Fish wasn’t over cooked and was still flakey. Fries were very crispy. There’s a few picnic tables around the side if you wanna get out of your car for a stretch. Would definitely go back!
