The saj bread is fresh and complements the chicken, but the garlic sauce’s sweetness doesn’t align with the rich, savory chicken flavors. Reducing the sweetness and adding a more assertive, tangy garlic sauce would improve the dish and bring out the authentic flavor.

Food was surprisingly decent considering we were the only customers for the 10mins we were there on a Saturday at 5:30pm. Not the worst shawarma I've had but far from the best, good enough to return. Fries were excellent! Service was lacking but not terrible, an uninterested cashier, though she did get the order completed quickly. Atmosphere is possibly the worst I've seen with unfinished drywall and a generally unfinished athletic. We thought it was closed upon arrival. Plenty of indoor seating. Worth trying if you're in the immediate area.

I ordered through a secondary food service and when the food was delivered the order was wrong. Instead of light hot sauce amount both items that I ordered had extra hot sauce on them. When I phoned to talk to them about the order I was hung up on twice and refused to be passed along to a manager. The individual I spoke to was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge any wrong doing or accept responsibility of the incorrect order. I was then hung up on 3 times in trying to get some resolution. After being told that this was the place to try, I can genuinely say that if this is how their customer service is, it doesn’t matter how good their food is.

Walked in, visibly dirty, by the time I was done in there my shoes were sticky. It took about 5 minutes for the guy in the back to realize a whole 4 people were waiting to order. I ordered a chicken saj meal (fries and a drink), cost me $20 which is fine. It took forever (20+min) for them to prepare the food (2 workers, 1 man, 1 woman, both young, both looked visibly confused on what to do). When I got my order, he placed the container and bag of fries on the counter, didn’t bag it or give me a napkin, so I asked if I can get a bag (said yes) which I got it myself. Right away I noticed I barely got any fries, I don’t even think the bag was half full, but I didn’t feel like protesting. When I was grabbing my drink, the lady who ordered behind me, they got her order completely wrong which she didn’t protest either. Now regarding the food. Fries were the best thing easily. Saj, chicken was dry as hell, mostly only lettuce, sauces were awful, actual wrap was stale, and in general horribly put together (messy). Honestly, I think leaving reviews is for old people, but I couldn’t believe how you can get literally everything wrong. Terrible, don’t come here, don’t know how they have this high of rating, I’m sticking to my regular place.

I’ve been looking for a new shawarma spot cuz the one i go to is super far kinda far from me. I saw amazing reviews on this place but i’m a bit disappointed… When i walked in it was very dirty inside there was rice all over the floor the tables weren’t clean either. I ordered for my family. We got a shawarma salad shawarma on the rocks and shawarma poutine. All were pretty gross. The chicken is mostly fat and tastes bad we picked out all the fat and were barely left with any chicken. to make things worse the price was 45 dollars for 3 meals?? usually i spend 30-35 on shawarma bowls at my other spot. lastly the portion size was shocking. my brother asked me “ did you eat some of my food?” that’s how little they put in the boxes and for 45 dollars barley any chicken or fries it’s very upsetting to me. Not sure if they used to be good which is why the reviews are so good but the prices for what you get are not worth it i’m upset i wasted 45 dollars.

Beautiful presentation. Taste- Amazing. My new go to shawarma place in Burlington. I got a falafel bowl and it was 10/10. Will def come back for some chicken next time :) Recommended.

The food was amazing and I don't have to travel far out of the district to get food. And exceptional customer service the guy offered to open the door for me and my child, and he cleaned the tables for us right away. My husband and I were impressed on the value of the meal, taste and quality. Thanks so much 🙏
