The food from Shaggy's is good, but the man that runs the truck on the weekends is very very rude. Do not even try to show a dog within eye view of him (even if you're outside) because you will be guaranteed to be yelled at.

Be very careful when ordering from this chip truck. They are cash only, so my husband took out $60.00 from the ATM inside the gas station. The total was $30.00, and my husband accidentally gave the guy all three twenties instead of two. The guy was adamant we only gave him $40.00, and told us to “check under the truck” for the other twenty. This man fully smiled in my face as I put a $5.00 tip in his jar, and said thanks. Knowing full well he only gave me back $10.00 in change, instead of $30.00. $55.00 for three medium poutines and a medium plain fry. The food wasn’t even that good. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Stopped here on my way to Georgina. Never been. I ordered a medium poutine for $8. The poutine was a fair size. The gravy was good and the cheese was real curds. I especially enjoyed these fries as they’d be what I call clean fries. They were from peeled potatoes with any of the weird spots on the removed before cooking. Definitely more labour intensive but tastes much better. Most places just throw the potato in the cutter skin and all and I hate that. They also had three nice and clean picnic tables there with umbrellas for shade for their guests. I will definitely go back. Thank you!

VERY RUDE! hesitant to give out knapkins, no burgers , yelled at me when I asked for gravy on the side, his explanation was he has no container . And got very angry, when I asked if he can put it in a small fries container. I would have paid, but basically said get out of here. The food was not too bad

Mediocre food, fries were greasy and burgers had a heavy burnt taste. Definitely not worth the money charged. We have been here before but we all agreed that things seem to have gone downhill. We won't be back as there are many other truck options in the area.

$27 for 2 Burgers and one fry.. Burgers were good, but over priced at $8.50 for a bacon Cheeseburger. Fries were a little over cooked, and the family fries at $10 was not great value.. would be a large fries anywhere else. The guy running the truck is rude, didn't offer any napkins.. we were headed south and had a realized there were 3 other places to stop 5 minutes up the road I'd have kept going. Will try somewhere else next time.

Fries were Good its just to bad the guy running this place /working (sunday afternoon) is always so rude. Felt like not giving him my business after our short rude interaction. Would definitly drive further down for better service

Ordered a poutine and was not disappointed. Nice meaty fries cooked crisp to perfection and savory gravy with cheese. Perfect for a break from a tiring drive back from cottage country.
