The owner or manager suggested the regular spicy sandwich rather than the ghost pepper because their sauce is made in house and actually spicier!! Great recommendation I appreciated the effort to provide me an excellent meal!

Okay, normally when our family drives up north from Niagara, after a long trip on the QEW then 401, we need to stop. By the time we get to the 115, we are all ready for a stop. I went into Popeyes for the first time and was very impressed by how good the chicken was, and the serving sizes. They even had a blow up Santa and Christmas tree! Great first time experience. So happy I didn’t have to stop at McDonald’s.

The chicken 🐔 sandwich I ordered wasn't cooked properly, and the mashpotatoes were awful and disgusting. Also, I ordered 9 pieces of shrimp and 🍤 didn't know the oil they fried, which smiled really badly. Also, I found hair in my burger 🍔 band, and I ordered it. To Go and I was far away other than that for sure I would take back to them and show them, but it was not worth it for me to get back there and I was in a hurry.

Super clean, friendly environment. Gentleman behind the desk was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Let us try some sauces and fries. Coming back again and would recommend. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Excellent quick service. The food was hot, The presentation was as seen in the photos, which is rare for a fast food restaurant! Well done guys! Most definitely one of the cleanest Popeyes I've ever seen! Well done; Keep up the awesome service!

Love the food here and the staff is friendly but it always has the grossest bathroom I have ever seen. The door is broken I dont think the toilet, sink, lightswitch, soap dispenser and the floor have ever been cleaned. I have never had an issue with the food or staff but this makes me wonder how clean it is in the kitchen.

Unfortunately I've made the mistake of coming to this location more than once as I live in the area. It's pretty much a given that even during rush hours you will have to put your vehicle in park in the drive thru and wait for your order to be made. I'm okay with that but I'm tired of either not getting what I ordered or waiting to only get a half portion of what I ordered. Today I received this many onion rings after paying for a "platter" meal for example. Previously I have waited to receive orders that either were not spicy chicken or they put half and half in my order without asking first. Today the worker asked if I would rather wait for fresh or get 2/5 spicy tenders and 3/5 normal. I was okay with that but then ended up having to wait a long time for the order anyway + received less than I should have in the onion rings. I've previously had them give me old fries that were less than a portion as well. If we have to wait you might as well drop a new basket when the order comes up on drive-thru. This is the last time I go to the local Popeyes. Waiting is one thing but to pay 19 bucks for a platter, wait long enough to make turning off my vehicle worth it, and receive less than I ordered has happened to many times.
