Terrible. I usually do not write reviews on meals but recently I ordered chicken pieces, tenders and coleslaw from this location and got food poisoning with very bad vomiting and diarrhea. Will not recommend!

I recently stopped by this Popeyes location, and I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome. The cashier was cheerful and patient as I took my time deciding on my order. It’s rare to see staff so friendly and accommodating these days. The food was prepared quickly, but it didn’t feel rushed, everything was cooked perfectly. The spicy chicken sandwich was incredible, and my order was packed neatly, which I appreciated since I was taking it to go.

Disgusting food. Worst Popeyes we’ve ever had. This place deserves 0 rating honestly. Even called them after I had placed the order to make everything fresh. Instead they gave us old and disgusting food.

Won't be back after giving a 2nd chance! I asked to use the washroom about 9pm as it was locked. I was refused despite placing my order. Apparently they lock it at a certain time so will be making a complaint to the appropriate departments. I just wanted to get dinner and use the washroom after work! The chicken was dry and had no flavor.

This is by far the worst Popeyes in Ontario. Ran by an older moody gentleman who lies to your face about everything. There is no transparency. He makes you wait even though things are ready removing the sense of fast food. Even after the average 25 minufe wait when u do get the food it's cold and stale, nothing is fresh. When you order delivery from this restaurant sometimes they will add nuggets in your burger so they don't have to cook a new burger patty on its own. When u call them the staff develops a thicker accent and pretends to not understand you. However I went into the store today and spoke perfect English with the same lady that took my phone call the week before. As an individual whose been coming to this establishment with my family for 7 years. We have decided today was the last day. Stay away and support local halal fried chicken spots. This guys a scam.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich last night and it was DISGUSTING. Firstly they used chicken tenders instead of a filet then on top of that the chicken was old and tough to chew. It was literally pink on the inside and not edible. The worst part is it was from Uber and I wasn’t able to get a refund and when I called the store they told me to bring it in like why would I order from Uber if I can come pick it up. Overall, this was a horrible experience and I’m never ordering from this location again and you shouldn’t either.

We have never been disappointed in the quality of food until Sumday night. The chicken was very greasy but dry on the inside. We also received 1 wing that still had feathers on it. The fries and onion rings were the only items that seemed fresh. Even the biscuits which are usually wonderful were tough. We ordered a 12 piece family meal with 2 large sides and biscuits. Very disappointing.
