One of the best Pizza Hut experiences I’ve had! The pizza was amazing, just the way I like it—hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. What made it even better was the super friendly and polite staff. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the service was prompt and attentive. It's was decent but I got stuffed crust and while the stuffed crust was indeed stuffed boi. The restof the crust was floppier that my great aunt Tessie. Next time I'll have to try a different type of crust because those toppings were scrum-diddly-umptious.

Our absolute go to pizza spot. Loveliest staff who are always so friendly. Pizzas are consistently great. The deals and offers are always good for larger families like ours. Highly recommend

This was a pickup, bbq chicken medium pan pizza, first time I ordered it and I was very happy with it; I would recommend this choice and the staff at this location!

Ordered delivery and asked for a well done… Delivery was very quick but the pizza was luke warm, not well done and customer service experience was the worst. The agent who called me back was very defensive, combative and over all extremely unprofessional. Worst experience with zero solutioning or accountability. I don’t like to complain and do understand that take out is busy on a Friday but the quality of food should still be adhered to, especially in rural areas when delivery options are limited. Super disappointing and customer service wasn’t helpful, basically brushed off my concerns. In future, I wont order again and I recommend you proceed with caution or opt for PizzaVille or even Pizza Pizza when ordering in the Sutton Georgina area. I promise the customer service is 1000% better and your food arrives hot and made to order. That’s the truth from an honest foodie. Fast delivery means compromising on what is delivered. This location should find the balance, don’t rush your orders and deliver sub-par food. Additionally, train your customer service staff to hold accountability rather than trying to placate customers with excuses to defend what was delivered. Most ppl don’t complain unless it’s an extreme case scenario which was the case in my experience.
