Just had a real great burger and experience at Mr Jack's. Super fresh, quick and delicious! Great price point and service with a 😁. Can't ask for too much more. Definitely recommend checking out this burger joint. Stop going to McDonald's or BK and support local.

They're always friendly and the food is amazing. I'd say they have one of the best burgers in the city. Their wraps and quesadillas are amazing. Their menu is diverse, come check it out!

I dont normally leave reviews especially when i order on uber but i had to come here and write that the fettuccini alfredo i got last night was one of the best pastas ive ever had hands down. It felt like it cane straight from moms kitchen but not my moms cause her pasta isnt nearly as good as this one was im very excited to heat up the leftovers for tonight!! Will be ordering from here again and again!

They have one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had! The texture is perfect, and the flavor is absolutely delicious. If you’re a cheesecake lover, you definitely need to try it at least once. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing. Got the single bacon cheeseburger and the double great canadian burger. Both were fantastic and cooked well. Their jack sauce was tasty. We got combos for the both burgers. I got the onion rings which were cooked bicley not oily/greasy and were crispy. My wife got the fries, which were mid nothing special Also ordered a pound of wings on the side. And they slapped. Overall nothing to complain about here a gem for sure Service was amazing. Everyone there was super nice and friendly.

To the attention of the owner of Mr. Jacks, Burlington location. My order of a single hamburger had a thick helix shaped black pubic hair in the sandwich. I've attached the photographs to this review. Order was taken at on Jan 5th, 2024 at around 6:45 pm. I'm the type to let unintentional mishaps go - I've had hair strands in foods from restaurants and don't mind so much. It happens. A pubic hair in a sandwich is intentional, this did not go in this sandwich by accident. Show these photos to your kitchen staff at the date and time I provided of my order. You might not be able to catch the specific individual that did this (unless he admits to it, or you only had 1 staff in the kitchen with black hair), but bring it to your team so they're aware this customer found out. This incident can't go unnoticed.

Recently dined at Mr. Jack's and had their incredible Double Cheeseburger. Juicy, perfectly seasoned patty, generous melted cheese, fresh toppings, and a soft yet sturdy bun. Portions were ample, service was excellent, and the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommended for burger lovers!

I'm disappointed after my experience at Mr Jack's this week... Id like to try it again as the overall combination of toppings and meat was good, but the burger was a total mess and most of it ended up in the container and I didn't have a fork or spoon to eat the third of the burger that was left behind. But the guy taking the orders was not into it.. few people in front of me were asking him questions and he wouldn't help anyone just pointed at some board with toppings and sauces with his tongues from middle of the kitchen and said "it's there".. also the bun was very cold on the burger and the fries although the texture was good.. . had no salt whatsoever so they did not have a lot of flavour. it would all be fine but I would expect more when paying $43 for two burgers and fries. There is a lot of burger places in the area to chose from.. I would try this place again, but will know to ask to salt the fries or something.
