This location is the best in Durham region. The staff here are the most friendliest I’ve ever dealt with. I was here on Christmas Eve tonight and I witnessed a customer be very rude to the staff. The staff and the manager handled it with grace and were very considerate. She tried everything she could to make it right for the customer, but the customer just continued to berate the staff and continued being rude. The staff should not have to put up with this especially on Christmas Eve. Always such a great experience here and fantastic customer service. This location deserves great recognition for the outstanding customer service they offer

This is the worst location of Mary's brown. I come here often but everytime I come here i have to wait atleast 15 to 20 minutes for my food. The staff here is not active at all as they don't care how long the customer is waiting for and they like to take their sweet time. I went to this location today and when I politely asked the girl how long for my order she told me that if I can't wait I can go to other location. Seriously??? This is how you guys treat your customers? First of all you are not fast enough to work and secondly the audacity to tell the customers to go to other location. The owner needs to closely pay attention towards what the staff is doing here. The girl was very rude and arrogant. She literally put my food on the counter like she is throwing it towards me. If you don't like your job just leave it please and learn some manners how to deal with customer. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED👎👎👎👎👎. MARY BROWN DO BETTER.

One of the worst locations in Ontario. I have been a loyal customer for years and purchased from many locations. Was refused an order of 4 thighs in a 4 piece meal. I was told I would have to pay 2.50 extra. Why? Thighs are dark meat, not white meat. I have never been refused this request at any other locations and have never been expected to pay extra. As a result of a lack of customer satisfaction I went to nearby KFC and was given 4 thighs and a rib after explaining the situation to KFC. Not only did KFC give me what I wanted but they also charged me 5 dollars less. Mary Browns you might have the best legs in town but when it comes to thighs this location is much too shy.

The fried chicken business has grown immensely in recent years, with lots of very good choices out there. Mary Brown's offers some really good chicken and their taters are very tasty. This location in Ajax is relatively new and spacious. It used to be Pizza Hut, which has reduced in size and now resides next door. They have ample seating, compared to other locations I've been to. I had their two piece combo with taters, coleslaw, and a drink. For the chicken, I chose one piece spicy and one piece regular. Both were crispy and delicious. The coleslaw was also very good. If you're craving good fried chicken, try this one.

HALAL Chicken taters with a twist deal for 8.99 is a must have. They serve very fresh scrumptious food….also the staff is friendly and helpful…..fried chicken, big mary and taters poutine are to die for at mary brown is.....i have recently tried chicken twist and its totally amazing too. They have recently added mashed potatoes and gravy to menu and its a perfect comfort food. Big food portions are cherry in top! Also this location is halal so this place is going to be my top favourite spot.
