One of my favourite places to visit. The staff is warm, welcoming and attentive. It’s always service with a smile. I can’t say enough about how hard they work. The food is tasty with good variety and the prices are good. If you’re there for a pint at the bar or dinner with family, it’s always good times, good laughs, good food, and great service!

1st time here. Dark inside with everything blended in brown colours. On bus route. Lots of parking. Service was excellent. Food was very good, good portions but little pricey. We had jamaican patty burger. It was awesome

Classic pub, great staple of Ajax. Been back after years and it's the same same but different. Wouldn't change it! Really friendly nice staff. Beer was crisp. Food was spectacular.

Haven’t tried the food yet Read the menu - and will be back Though absolutely no vegan options - their is fries lol -will try the portobello mushroom burger next time with no cheese. Nice quiet pub for a saturday ( love it ) Great attentive servers Old traditional proper bar.. really nice place Great selection of beers and wines etc Ask for the desert menu.( but forget it if your vegan everything is a cheese cale lol) Music is the right level in the background And their is sports( perfect) Cheers ! Love the bar

I have been coming here for more years than I can count, through pandemic, staff changes etc, Magwyers food stayed consistent right on through! Tuesday Wing Nights are a must! Make sure you aim for one of those days, you will never be disappointed. Always amazing service and fresh food. One of the best local watering holes around the area.
