One of the best authentic Northern Chinese restaurants outside of Markham/Richmond Hill. The only dishes that could be improved were the fried rice and the bok choy was too salty. Their strength is their northern dishes like the dumplings, lamb skewers, and eggplant and potato dish.

Absolutely great food, the pork and eggplant and steamed pork dumplings (which had a juicy, almost soup dumpling filling) were our absolute favourites! Menu pictures are current as of Nov 22, 2024

We heard many good things of this Chinese restaurant tucked in a suburban plaza in Burlington. The service was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is fresh and clean with some nice touches. The food was excellent and authentic. Of note is the fish slices in golden broth and the pork trotted. The latter was meltingly good with a generous amount of meat. The green beans were also crispy with some heat. The black fungus was a nice appetizer. We definitely want to try more dishes.

So happy this place opened in Burlington/Oakville area. The owners are very nice and personable. This place serves authentic Chinese food with very reasonable prices that is cheaper than mississauga. We tried 锅包肉and 羊肉串which were both really good. Look forward to trying new items here again.

Finally had a chance to go to He He restaurant. It's definitely not like the westernized chinese food you get in Burlington - most dishes are authentic northern chinese cuisine. The chef said he's from Harbin province in the NE. The food exceeded our expectations, we all liked everything we ordered. Super friendly family run restaurant. I snapped a photo of their take out menu but they also have some new items like fried rice, spring rolls and General Tao chicken that may be more familiar to some. I highly recommend everyone support this lovely new addition to the Burlington restaurant scene! We ordered: grilled lamb and beef skewers (not spicy), scallion pancakes, spicy fish soup, garlic bok choy, grilled lamb ribs and white rice.

Great traditional Chinese food. Prices are fair and everything is amazingly seasoned. The braised pork is something I've always missed in Burlington and glad I was able to find it here. Only small feedback is I wished the soup dumplings came with a soup spoon and potentially some vinegar dipping sauce.
