This is the only and best restaurant in Burlington area, as per my Brazilian taste. This real, fresh food! Plus we always love to get our Thanksgiving and Christmas menu with Familia. The last time we got for thanksgiving and everything was so delicious. We were in 8 people and the portions were just perfect! I followed their instructions for warming up the food and I was amazed. The food was fresh and tasty. And we just ordered for Christmas 💞🎄🎅 Thank you Familia for all the attention and love with the best food always.

Today, I went with one relative who is new in Canada, and who speaks only Spanish, to buy some desserts. I wait in the car and gave her my credit card. I was upset to learn after the purchase, that the cashier didn’t have her the option to my relative of tip or not. She said to my family member in perfect Spanish that she “must” to tip the percentage displayed on the machine in order to complete the purchase. I am not upset about the amount, as I always tip to our waitress, as the culture here. I upset for the fact the cashier didn’t give her an option or explain to her about the choices she could have. I feel somehow she took advantage of the situation. I hope this post gets to the owner, because the quality of food is good and delicious.

What a great experience. I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner (Turkey option) and it was delicious. The food was excellent and the packing prestige. You can feel the love they put into their recipes. As a Colombian I felt at home from the second I crossed the door. I bought a few frozen meals as well and they were as good as the Thanksgiving dinner. I will definitely come back and I 100% recommend the place!

Disappointed with the portion of the thanksgiving meal. First time ordering and had high expectations because of the great reviews. Attached pictures are the meal for two people and it costs $90 after tax. May not be your typical big holiday meal. The portion of this holiday package could be more generous IMO. Carrot and squash soup was great though! Edit: appreciate the owner reaching out to customers and listening to feedback. Added few more photos of the meal.

They have many options all the way from snacks to full meals. Order: Pony Malta, beef empanada, ajiaco , buñuelo, almojabana Favourite: Ajiaco, it was very flavourful and authentic. Critiques: No critiques, we enjoyed everything. Bonus: They are also a market so you can buy your favourite Colombian snacks. In addition all the staff is very accommodating! This made my Day🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I am recovering from surgery and my 15 year old son and his Amiga gifted me Healing Food by Familia Fine Foods♥️ Perfect, delicious soups(my fave squash)that are filling as I Recover and protein meals that will help give me strength and recharge!!! Super easy to reheat as I am unable to do much, this gift couldn’t have come in a better time for me!!!! Grateful for this Local familia owned Business, I can’t wait to order the tacos!!!! The authentic and real Colombian food. When you enter the place, you can feel the “home made” flavor. Luis and all the team are incredible nice and keep the attention on small details for you as a costumer. Recommend 100%, a piece of Colombia in Canada.
