We have just bought an ice-cream birthday cake for our daughter here. Great variety of designs. The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. We will come back again next year for another cake.

The flame burger was not worth the price at all. The cost about $21 for 2 burgers only. The patties were very small, some cheddar sauce which was dripping. With that price, should have been able to get a combo or at least a side. Taste was very basic. The location was clean and staff were friendly though.

Service is incredibly fast and the icecream is fantastic. As all atmospheres in fast food restaurants are, this one was fairly boring and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The oreo blizzard was fanatic. The outside dining is also great.

I ordered a medium cheesecake blizzard made it.a large on window of drive through on thanksgiving night just a few mins back the pieces of cheesecake I got were 3-4 only and I paid 9.26 cad for only plain strawberry ice cream which I could have got a tub in 10 bucks in walmart. Regretting my desicion to call the store and stop by. Way miser on product quantity and quality. Corporates are thief’s now a days. Will never go again.

Ordered a flame thrower, I don’t know why’s the reason of the name, but it was patty, cheddar and pickles… 18 bucks in combo, not worth the cost. Not gonna lie, the service was AWESOME… the 3 stars for the food is 5 stars for the ice cream cone and 1 for the burger. For that price you can get a massive burger in Burger King.

So I was happy to see drivethru but then it turned into a nightmare! My gift card got charged $33 and the payment wasn't showing at the restaurant computer! I stood there for 40 mins trying to call the card company but was told they will refund me in 5 days!!! I repaid with a different card and was told there is no manager in store so got extremely slow service, no one was at the front they were all busy serving drive-thru:((( super disappointed:(

My friends and I showed up at approximately 9:30 pm the other day. The doors were shut with a sign on saying that the store will be closed early at 9:45 pm instead of their usual time. We looked at the clock and it was 9:30. We stood outside unsure about what to do when an employee outside kindly told us we could go through the drive through. We got to the drive thru where he instantly asked for our order. We wanted a minute to establish what we wanted since there were a few of us. But there was no service after that until we went to the window. We moved back after not hearing a response in the drive through, and then the cars were instantly getting a reply. When we went to the window however there were no employees answering any questions and instead took our order and shut the door immediately, even though we tried to explain what had just happened. Nobody meant to cause any bad feelings or concerns towards the staff, but I have heard many negative experiences about this location. I hope they can improve so we can continue to come back and get the food we all enjoy.

Two stars because the ice cream itself was fine. Otherwise one star. What I bought was a dipped cone. Location wasn't busy at all, and 18 degrees out so the chocolate didn't melt seconds after getting it. Pics are 15 seconds after getting the "dipped' cone. Last I checked the ice cream isn't supposed to be pouring out the sides of the chocolate before even taking a bite into it. Looks like the recent reviews are onto something with this location.
