CLOUD NINE BAR & GRILL

Ordered take out and the chicken in one of the dishes was sour. It was a chicken fettuccine dish. As well the lettuce in the salad was old and wilted. I Had to go out again and get something else for dinner for my kids. Then had to go back to this restaurant and they only refunded me the cost of the pasta. Completely ruined our evening. No regard for the hassle of having to go back out to get dinner. Driving back to their restaurant for a refund. Horrible experience!

Decent restaurant. Good drinks. Good food. Good Staff. Nice atmosphere. Would return. Large menu, everyone would be able to find something they like.

I have been to Cloud Nine multiple times. One time in particular comes to mind as the best. I attended a karaoke night with my sister and a friend during the summer and had the best server named Ruhaiyna. At the time, my sister frequented the establishment more than me and told me how great she is. She makes drink suggestions, food suggestions, and is open to help in any way necessary. She lived up to the hype with her great service and had conversations with all her customers to give it a special touch. I loved the food and the atmosphere but her service is what I use to get friends of mine to come with me again and again.

went for dinner tonight. Food and drinks are great. reasonably priced . the only thing we didn’t like they charge $3.95 to substitute cesar salad instead of garden salad but waitress didn’t mention extra change when we ordered it.

We tried the pasta Primavera with Alfredo.. it was fresh, loaded with veggies, and sauce was delicious. Also there are lots of sports running on screens so was a good sports bar to hang out. It's very much like Buffalo wild wings, but more food options. Will definitely visit again.

We went to Cloud 9 to try it for the first time based on the google reviews. We definitely won't be visiting again. My husband ordered the Jerk Chicken and it tasted like pure salt. No other flavor, just salt. He couldn't even eat it, he had to send it back. I ordered the Clubhouse, which is my goto order at every new restaurant we try. The chicken breast was so overdone and dried out. The fries are frozen Costco fries. The salad and dressing were the only good thing that came out of our entire lunch. My entree looked so good when it came out, but it was a complete disappointment. Our server was lovely, but she was the only one working the floor and it took almost 40 minutes for our awful food to come out. Never again.

Recently dined in. Their food is very good! They also have a nice patio and staff are friendly. Had delivery from here. The food was very fresh and tasty. Salmon pasta was so delicious. Fries were still hot and crispy, and the rib and wing combo was juicy and tender.

Cloud 9 is an underrated pub, the food is impeccable. Their calamari and spinach dip was superb, both were tasty and freshly made. The butternut squash ravioli, Thai Curry, clubhouse sandwich, lemon pepper wings, and quesadillas were great! They carry a variety of foods and drinks that will leave everyone satisfied. Samantha, our server, was awesome! She was very courteous and extremely attentive. Overall, this pub has great atmosphere and tasty food. Will come back again for sure!
