Fantastic customer service! We have fried chicken every New Years Day and we're so happy to have found this gem last year! The food is great and both times we've been, we've been so impressed with the friendly, helpful attitude of the employees.

Was here new years day. Sign on the door says open at noon get here 12:05. Doors still locked. Someone someone shows up at 12:10 and says the fryers aren't turned on so it will be another half hour to even order. The Uber bell was going off as soon as she opened the door as well

So upset and disappointed. They are not clean at this location and have horrible customer service. The lady on the phone was so rude with me when I was placing my order over the phone and when I went to the restaurant I saw the chef making my wrap with only one glove on. When I asked him why he’s not wearing two gloves he said that he didn’t use both hands… I ordered a wrap and it requires two hands to wrap a wrap. Never mind that, I saw him using his bare hands to make my wrap. This is so unhygienic and so disappointing. I had to ask him to remake my order and watched as he did it to ensure it was made correctly. I will never come back here again. So disappointing

I really wanted to be able to give a good review but this store needs new management or something ASAP. I went at 11:45 am. Place should be clean and spotless as it just opened. Crumbs everywhere on the window ledge they couldn’t be new there was way too many. Table dirty looks like it was attempted to be clean but wasn’t. Might I add I was the only customer waiting so they should have been cleaning if it was a new mess. Fruit flys everywhere… there solution is unapproved fly paper hanging on the wall by the bathroom. There was a fly in my drink which I didn’t notice till I was finished gross. The food was fresh but their oven was broken so no biscuits. They need a change and they need it fast. I most likely Would not return, too many better chicken options in the area and a new one coming soon that takes cleanliness seriously. YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK!

This is the worst Church’s chicken. Definitely not fresh made, you can tell by the color, looks like it was left over and reheated! Taste the same way, it’s horrible ! Same as the honey biscuits, never had that bad taste before!

I had never been to a Church's Texas Chicken. I didn't know the menu and they didn't want to tell me about it. They didn't explain any specials, I had no idea if I ordered combos. The maxicana sandwich has a (single) chip. The chicken was flavourful, but presentation and server are a 0/5. I can't recommend it.

Ordered the Classic sandwich and it was so dry and the lettuce was brown. Definitely a turn off. Husband ordered the Tex Supreme sandwich and the meat was much better.
