⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blk Swan has quickly become my new favorite spot! Located in the heart of Burlington, this place truly has it all. The new owners and staff are absolutely spectacular, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The crowd is friendly and respectful, making it a pleasure to spend time here. The food and service are exceptional, and the live band adds an amazing energy to the experience. I enjoyed every minute of my visit and can’t wait to come back. Blk Swan is now my go-to place! Keep up the outstanding work! ✨

I had an awful experience. I arrived on Saturday night around 9:30 PM, and it took quite a while for our drink orders to arrive. By the time our drinks finally came, we were informed that the kitchen had closed. It would have been much appreciated if we had been told upon entering that the kitchen was closing soon. In that case, I wouldn't have ordered drinks and would have gone elsewhere. Additionally, the 'late-night menu' they provided ends at 10:00 PM on a Saturday, but the menu itself says it’s available from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This was confusing and disappointing. The service here has really gone downhill.

The waitress was awesome! I loved her sense of humour! Patio was great! The Caesar was not the best ...glass wasn't cool..salt rim was oddly sweet..no garnish..watery....but the fish and chips were super good and I could not stop eating it.

Came here on a Saturday night. It has a good vibe and the workers are awesome! So we ordered the nachos, spinach dip and chicken wings. The nachos were decent. I’m not a fan of the queso on the nachos. I prefer the melted cheese only. Besides that, the guac (which is included) was really good! The spinach dip was not good. It was really salty and probably my least favourite of all spinach dips I’ve ever tasted. The wings were actually really delicious! I ordered the honey garlic and they were great! I would definitely return here for the wings alone.

Staff here is absolutely amazing. From management, bartenders, staff, I can't pick a favorite. They always make you feel welcome. We always bring our family of 15 for lunch twice a year, the Grandkids love the place and we have always had a fantastic meal.

I was very much craving the biggest pile of nachos and the Black Swan definitely delivered. My husband and I shared this plate of nachos piled high with everything. The chicken was a bit dry and tasted like those packaged strip chicken from grocery stores, but otherwise it was standard delicious pub grub. The service was super friendly and our orders were taken promptly. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some standard pub fare.

We had an afternoon birthday party for my wife on Saturday with 40 people in attendance. Couldn’t have gone better! The entire staff was amazing: attentive, caring, supportive and friendly. They all went above and beyond and everyone had a wonderful time. Both food and service were excellent. Thank you all 🙏
