Applebee's Grill + Bar

I have gone to this location several times and each time it disappoints. It’s always relatively quiet yet it takes a long time to get seated, have an order taken and get food. The service isn’t great and the food often comes out cold. What especially stuck out tonight was the supervisor/ manager being extremely rude to every uber eats and skip the dishes drivers. You could hear her across the whole restaurant. While we love the menu at Applebees, we’ve given it many chances and won’t come back to this location.

They have great lunch choices , our waitress Chelsea went above and beyond and we had great free coffee after a long walk in the cold , definitely will come back to have lunch/dinner. Nice atmosphere , clean and definitely friendly and caring staff! 😊

Mold in food. I recently visited the Applebee's in Ajax to celebrate our son's birthday. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the broccoli had mold on it. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. The manager agreed that it was mold and they didn't check what their vendor supplied. Not even a proper apology from the manager; just took the plate and vanished to the back. Finding mold certainly raises concerns about their food safety practices. Please have some common sense and some basic quality control. We'll never go back.

We had an awesome experience at this Applebee's in Ajax. The food was delicious - yummy chicken wontons, and southwestern chicken bowl...highly reccomended. Since I don't eat too much deepfried food, I was happy to see some healthy options on the menu like the chicken bowl I had...which was great. The Bahamama cocktail was also delicious and on par with what we had in the States. We'd previously gone to another Abblebee's in Florida and although the food and service was OK, it didn't even come close to the service here at the Ajax location. Our wonderful server Leah was not only super efficient, her amazing happy energy, hospitality, and attentiveness was 10 out of 10. This girl is a superstar employee!!!!

We did not stay for dinner as some of our party could not make it. We had a drink and left. Our server was very understanding, but I think she was disappointed that we did not stay. Will definitely go back and have dinner here as it is one of our favourite restaurants.

Was very disappointed 😞 the waitress was not good both of us ordered water, she only brought one, son orded cheese bacon burger with extra bacon and lattice fries, and regular fries came cold, burgers had no taste was bland . I had fish chips, chip soggy cold fish, and luke warm. The server did not come by and had to walk to the bar to complain. Did replace fries and heated the fish. Bland, no flavor. The pork dry ribs were really good, hot fresh. Would not go again for 74 dollars with water and a non alcoholic beer. It was not busy 2:30 pm in the afternoon. Would not go again or spend my money there.

Stopped in for a bite to eat after visiting family at hospital and nursing home with my mom. We got wings, artichoke and spinach dip and some waffle fries. Wings very taste and meaty. Waffle fries are great and crispy. We enjoyed dip with tortilla chips. Staff very friendly and welcoming glad we stopped in. Bathroom very clean
