Really great meal when we were hosting out of town family. Everyone was thrilled with service, food and atmosphere. We are never disappointed.

We have been meaning to try this restaurant as we live just down the road from it. The quality of the food was great, fresh quality ingredients and the portions for the items we ordered were bigger than expected. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The flavour of the seasoning was really good and the chicken tenders were house made. My husband had the Royal Doublin burger. Usually my husband can tackle a big portioned meal but even he admits the burger was large, fresh, flavourful and hard to finish. We started with the buffalo chicken dip and that was pretty delicious too. Service was quick and staff very friendly, from the being welcomed as we walked in to our server; no one left us unattended for long. We will definitely be back to try other parts of the menu.

We drive by this place constantly but never went in. Made a point to go last week. Atmosphere was friendly and we were seated quickly. Served us in good time and the food was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Came here for lunch while riding around with a buddy. Was one of the few places open on victoria day. The place wasn't actually that busy at when I got there, but picked up as I was eating. The place is very clean and the service is spot on. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They don't bug you about the check, you ask for it and they bring it which is so much nicer than feeling rushed. The food is really good pub food. The Buffalo chicken dip is so good to get as an app if you're 2 or more people. The bangers and mash are so good as well. At first glance I was thinking it wasn't much food, but I left so full. My buddy had the chicken tenders and he said they were amazing as well. They looked like breaded chicken breasts, they were so big. Place is great! Totally recommend eating here.

I cannot say enough good things about Ye Olde Squire. I've been avoiding going to restaurants because I find I always leave feeling disappointed by the quality of food vs value and cost. The food was incredible. I had the french onion burger and every bite was so satisfying. The flavour was fantastic. The garlic mash was phenomenal. I had some of my step-Moms vegetarian nachos, also fantastic. The serving sizes were generous and the food was so fresh and tasty. I'd also like to mention that our server Dan was so kind, attentive and funny. He had some great energy about him that put the cherry on top of our visit. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I couldn't not write about this place. I didn't even know there was a restaurant tucked into the corner of this plaza! I'll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful tidy place, great food and splendid atmosphere. Our waiter was very friendly. I would definitely go back again. A straight 5 stars!

Had dinner with friends and the restaurant was busy. Service was pretty good. The waitress was ok, but not very friendly, maybe because they were busy. Food and drinks came in good timing. The food orders were all correct. The fried steak was tough and over breaded. Taste was ok. All other meals order were great, as per the individuals. We would go back and recommend this place.
