XXX BURRITO

I am skeptical of anyone claiming to know the best burrito spot, but this recommendation from a colleague was IT! Parking can be hit or miss especially as it gets busy during lunch time, but plenty of street parking super closeby. I have not dined in and the seating is limited anyways, but always a (justified) line up whenever I have went. Despite it, the service is fast! I was shocked that there were 9 people were ahead of me that did not place an order in advance, and I was still served in less than 10 minutes. I have only encountered Nolan here, and he is absolutely lovely. He is so personable with great people skills, and I can tell he is well liked and respected by the way he interacted with other patrons. Even with me, it was my second time here and he actually remembered little details about my order like no onions, and even the specific sauce! Speaking of, big points for the creativity here; the sauce selection here is expansive and so unique! I look forward to trying more of them. As for the most important part, this is the best burrito I have ever had, and I have been to many burrito spots all over the GTHA. The prices are incredible for the fresh ingredients, and especially the portions; I made the mistake of getting a large and it put the large option other burrito places offer, to shame. Nolan really knows how to make it all work! I also appreciate the recommendations he gives, how he adds in an extra bit new sauce for me to try, and a lollipop! Truly a gem of a place! 11/10 After the first 3 weeks I got addicted to this place. Their daily specials are amazing and a must-try. However their steak is consistently well seasoned and tender. Large morsels of flavourful meat, none of that small shredded tiny bite BS. This place is on point every single time. They do NOT miss! 🎯 Also they have multiple vegan options. The selection of hot sauces is insanely immense! The salsa and burrito sauces consistently taste super fresh and delicious. I always make sure to get salsa on the side. I like the quality of ingredients and the service that you get. You can’t go wrong with a $10 burrito that easily weighs over 1LB. They offer quesadillas and burrito bowls, next on my list. I’ve noticed a lot of regular customers get the shrimp so I will have to try that one day too. The combinations are endless! I always look forward to the next Burrito day and yes, I am salivating typing this review 🤤🤤

Absolutely great value for money and taste! Regular burrito was a big boy with lots of flavour. No extra charge for guac? Nice 😎 will visit again for sure

I have been coming here since 2016, and for the past year or so it’s been at least once a week. While all the other burrito places in Hamilton have fallen off a cliff in terms of quality over this time, XXX has always been consistently great. The owner is also super friendly and treats all the customers like a friend. This is the best burrito place in the city for sure.

My daughter and I come in here all the time. We love the burritos. The owner is super friendly and makes the best burritos I’ve ever had ! other staff are also super noce as well . I would recommend this place to anyone. Ingredients are fresh. The meat is cooked to perfection. Give it a try they won’t disappoint! 😊

All I can say about this place is WOW! Cool little storefront and the owner was a super friendly guy. The steak burrito was very good, definitely above average. The beef tacos were the highlight of our visit though….greatest taco I’ve ever tasted and I’ve had some good ones, especially in downtown Buffalo, over the years. Planning on making it a monthly drive from Niagara, it was that good!

I got here for the first time. Excellent. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Sometimes I stop by the burrito shop but here’s the best. I definitely choose here again.

I came here based on online reviews and what people are saying on social media. What they say is that this is the best burritos place in town, and I see why after just one visit. The guy running the place was helpful making recommendations and is very quick and efficient on his own. I've ordered a chicken burrito, a pork taco and a beef taco. The tacos and burritos are incredible. Great portions, and lots of both flavour and texture. The pork and beef are definitely the way to go. There are plenty of spice levels to choose from as well. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
