Honestly the food is decent. I generally get the chicken fingers and kettle chips. The reason for my 1 star review is the poor management. We went today and waited 24 mins in the lobby before deciding to give up and eat elsewhere. The place had less than 10 tables on the go but there were at least another 10 covered in dirty dishes. The manager was behind the bar and kept saying he would be with us in a moment but he stayed busy conversing with what appeared to be regular drinkers at the bar. Otherwise there was 1 waitress who was running table to table and was being very abrupt with the patrons. She came to the lobby 2x (unprompted) to tell us we had to wait and to yell at an Uber Driver who was waiting for a pickup. She told him the kitchen was too busy and no one had even looked at Uber orders. The manager needs to appropriately staff or close for the day, operating with 1 waitress is not fair to her or the patrons.

Tara is amazing! We see her every 6 weeks we come in. She is always super friendly and always remembers our orders. I have nothing bad to say about the service or the food. I would highly recommend this location and Tara! Never disappoints

Went in for Thursday night Wings and was so happy and impressed with the experience. We sat at the bar and our server, Charlise was excellent! Very attentive to us even though the restaurant was packed. She was friendly and offered great service throughout the whole evening! Definitely a place to come in especially on Thursdays.

I had Erin as my server she was so polite and such a delight to be around. She took my order and did not make eye contact with my boyfriend and made me feel safe she’s such a girls girl. I ordered the wings and they were delicious Amazing will be eating here again.

First visit to this Kelsey’s Roadhouse to catch the Tiger Cats game, and it was our first time experiencing the restaurant hosting such an event. The atmosphere was lively, and the energy in the room was infectious, amplified by the enthusiastic crowd and Bench Brewing Company’s sponsorship. The staff did a fantastic job with the game setup, passing around free appetizers and making the night special for everyone. The place was rocking, with everyone in high spirits. Our server, Sarah, was particularly outstanding. She attended to us with remarkable enthusiasm, ensuring everyone at our table and her other tables had a great experience. The wings at Kelsey’s were a highlight—they were excellent, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. However, the rest of the food we sampled was just okay, not quite matching the wings’ high standard. Overall, the experience was memorable, thanks to the vibrant atmosphere and Sarah’s exceptional service. Kelsey’s Roadhouse is a great place to enjoy a game, especially with the added excitement of sponsored events and delicious wings. Definitely recommended

Went in at lunch for wings with my grandma on Thursday, March 28th. We ordered three orders of wings. All orders were disappointing; the wings were dry, oily and unflattering. I could not finish eating my order. They use frozen wings as well judging from the black bones. Wings at this location have been generally good, seems their quality has gone down in recent time. The server was nice and attentive.

The food was good and there is a great selection to choose from. The location was clean and well kept. The only issue we had was that the waitress really didn't pay us much attention...we had to wait a really long time to try and get our bill and I think it's because we were just a table of 2 and we were the smallest table there... Other than that, pretty good visit.
