Great food! I got the Honey garlic Parmesan wings with the Cajun fries. My dad got the medium wings with Cajun fries. Both were fantastic. Portions were great, fries were great, flavour was great and the price was about what you expect from a takeout place (but the quality was definitely a step up). Great place to visit

I absolutely love the new owners and their commitment to quality! The wings are outstanding, hot and crispy! The best around by far! The new owner Matt, and the staff are fantastic, Super friendly! The place is Extremely clean, and you can tell they have a commitment to great Service. I cannot say enough about this restaurant and how excellent it is!! I’m so happy they reopened in Welland!

I recently visited WingsUp! and was impressed by how clean and bright the restaurant was. The new owner, Matt, is very friendly and makes sure to mention all the available promotions in the store. The chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the veggie sticks are fresh and clean. The mini donuts are cinnamon-flavored and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be a regular customer.

Wings we're fresh and well cooked and delicious, TRY THE KOREAN BBQ, SO GOOD. They included a sauce that I didn't pay for that went with my wife's honey garlic wings and it was delicious as well. The Spicy Cajun wedges were a little too spicy for me but my wife liked them. Prices we're comparable for wings at other places, the guys were really nice in there, and they were playing Corner Gas on the TV in there! Haha! All in All, I'll more than likely be back :)

We were curious about this Wings Up franchise so my sister and I decided to check out this one in the Fitch Plaza. Apparently the owner had purchased this location two weeks ago. What can I say about this new owner. The NICEST, FRIENDLIEST and most GENUINE person ever! I was there for quite a while ordering (As I often am when I am trying something new, and most people lose patience with me. But not this guy. He was awesome) In fact I didn't know it was the owner until after I placed the order. I was super impressed with all the staff here. They genuinely love their jobs and it comes across in their service. So for service definitely 5 stars. If I could give more believe me I WOULD!!! The establishment is very clean as well. We were there for take out, but I would have no problem eating there. That's how clean it is. Onto the food. I am a chicken wing specialist (In my mind at least) and 9 times out of 10 if I go anywhere to eat I will usually choose wings cuz well they're my favourite. And now I can add Wings Up on Fitch Street to my wing places to frequent! Wings were delicious! Mac n cheese bites, also delicious. Oh and the sandwich. Garlic bread sandwich!!!! YUMMMM. I didn't like the sauce as much on the sandwich but I will go there again and try the sandwich in a different sauce cuz that Sammy was the best I ever tried minus the wing sauce chosen. Thanks so much for an amazing first experience at Wings Up! Good Luck on your new establishment. If you and your team continue with the service and quality I received last night, your restaurant will do amazing! Congrats!

Had the Wednesday special, wings, wedges, celery and carrots. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Owner very personable, went above and beyond gifting us doughnuts while we waited. Wings were huge, not overly breaded, crispy and fresh. Owen, the owner, deserves great community support, and NO, am not being paid for this review!&

The new owner is fantastic, charismatic about his job, treats employees well and CARES. I'd say if you had a bad experience in the past give them another chance because this place is making a great comeback! The wings are fresh and generously sauced up! 😋🥵

Re-write of an old review after new owners/management took over this summer! This most recent experience blew the last 5 out of the water for me! This new team is passionate about they do and being a part of this community and you can tell! You have to go see Matt & Kim at WingsUp! in Welland! Fresh wings, delicious sauces, great sides and an incredible family-run business by a new mom & son team that has come to our city! Go try them! You won't be disappointed!
