McDonald's

Ordered with Uber but McDonalds says not their problem. They said 3 drivers showed up for the same order yet not one has showed up at my door except one to tell me he went to pick it up and they did not have it. Nice of him. Said it is my problem with Uber and not them. To complain to uber as they have had this problem5 times tonight. So no food and out 23 dollars. Interesting. Sink w is driving around with a bunch of orders and not delivering them! weird

Seriously!?! They don’t serve cups of water anymore??? ‘Twas bad enough they were out of sweet and sour sauce… but no water is truly a Grinch move. I thought Fonthill’s location was bad. This one is on par.

Went through the drive thru and the worker got mad for absolutely no reason after our friends simply asked if he liked burgers??? For some reason took this as an insult and asked if he should get his manager. This was very off side and taken WAY out of context.

Extremely rude staff. Ordered a happy meal and a burger and asked for a cup of water and she said it would be charged. We asked if it's a new policy? The manager onsite couldn't answer properly and was extremely rude. And closed the driver through the window not asweing properly. If it was across all locations or is it just this specific store? We have never had this experience in any other locations. Next thing would be charging for straws too

So there is a lady there that works in the night shift and she is extremely rude, has no respect for customers. At about 12:50 in the night me and my husband went to order food, we approached the speaker she said hello and before we could even reply she jumps to the next speaker and proceeds with the person who came after us. Then after that she leaves us at the speaker for like 10 minutes and when she comes back as we’re expressing that what she did was completely rude she then tries to talk over me by saying CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER VERY RUDELY MIND YOU. This is not my first encounter with this lady it’s actually crazy the way she treats customers and how disrespectful she is . Something needs to be done about her !!!!!

I ordered a meal today, 10 piece nuggets with a large fry and a regular drink. But I never received my large, which was very disappointing to my child as they are her favourite part

Sometimes in the morning we take our mom out for breakfast and this place is AMAZING for it's beautiful and very friendly staff. The ladies and sometimes, guys (not sure of their names) but all are always attentive, courteous and have a big smile on their face making you feel welcome. Every restaurant should take a page from these people to learn how to treat customers. Thank you for making our mornings special :-)

This location is pretty awesome. Nice clean facility. Super clean washroom. Play area for children. Patio available. Plenty of parking. Fast service and friendly staff. Free WiFi.
