WingsUp! Burlington - Guelph Line

Picked up Jan 30 6:20. Staff ignored me. Had no clue where my order was. Ended up giving me wings with no sauce. Could barely understand the person who finally spoke to me. For the most expensive wings in town. It was horrible wings. Terrible service. Don't go here. Continue another location or business

I ordered wings from "Right Wingers" a few weeks ago as they had the greatest number of reviews and the highest overall Google rating - and they were fine. Today, I ordered from Wings up (Guelph Line) and they were fantastic! Cooked to perfection, largest wings I've had in recent memory - and for $21 I got a dozen wings, bottle of pop and potato wedges. Great deal, awesome wings, great price. Wings Up, you've just earned a happy and loyal customer - thanks! 👍

Came at opening which is 11am, staff wasnt prepared for the day and took quite awhile to get oganized Very slow, not very flexible with the menu items. The attendant wasn't very good at communicating. Food was decent. Would t recommend going to this location.

Took an hour and 20 minutes. When I called at the hour mark I was told my order hadn’t even left the building yet. Food was not hot when arrived, flavour not great. Won’t be ordering from Wings Up ever again.

I Just hit up WingsUp! on Guelph Line in Burlington, and let me say dang so delicious!!! The wings are crispy, juicy, and packed with all the flavour anyone could ever want, seriously impressive. The owners and employees? Besides being super nice they really know how to make their customers happy and coming back for more of those perfectly perfect wings! Plus, they’ve got daily lunch deals now, so you can get your wing fix day, evening and my favourite LATE NIGHT!! If you’re in Burlington or even if you’re not lol and want wings that can’t be beat WingsUp! on Guelph Line is the spot. You’ve gotta check it out! I've been coming to this location for a long time now probably over 15 years or so. It's had its ups and downs, but for the most part has always had good eats although it's a little expensive. Mainly the service is good there though if you have any questions or concerns ask for Ekta if she's there she will help you out effectively and efficiently. She's the best employee there! All and all its my go-to Wing place in Burlington. The smiley sandwich is my favourite sandwich to get when it's on sale on their weekly sandwich deals. The mozza sticks and jalapeno poppers are good apps to get on Mondays when the apps are half price. It's best to order online because they have a whole deals section on there with some good options.

Been ordering from this location for over 25 years. Not near as good as they used to be. Quality, consistancy and service has gone down while prices have only gone up. My last order was delivered and placed at my door without so much as a knock. Cold wings that were over sauced and over spiced. Do yourself a favour and order from Red Rockets in Hamilton!

I left a review a year or so ago and after spending $65 yet again at this location again, I thought it was time to post another review. The bottom line is...I can't recommend ordering wings or buffalo bites from this location. The bites were dry. Overcooked? Left under the heat lamp too long? I honestly don't know but what I do know is we were told 15 minutes and when we got there at the 15 minute mark, we waited another 20 minutes. I used to truly enjoy WingsUp but I'm done. There are other wing places in Burlington are far better...and I suggest you go there. Update June 6/24: I followed their request to share my experience on their feedback website and have not heard back from them in over a week. What a shame. Update June 13/24: Still no reach out from WingsUp. Going on a month since I posted this review and 3 weeks since they asked me to fill out their online survey. Impressive! Update June 20/24: Still no contact from WingsUp. Their initial request for me to use their web based feedback form used phrases such as "We take customer service very seriously" and "Our customers are important to us". Seriously? Update July 4/2024: Still no contact from WingsUp. I think it's time to change their motto from ""Our customers are important to us" to "We love our customers money but we don't give a crap about our them or delivering quality food".
