Wingstop

Literally the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. Don’t know if it’s because it’s part of a kitchen hub or what but they are just plain awful. Ask for mostly flats every time I order and they just ignore the request and I get half half every time. Ask for the 2 flavours to be split 2/3 and 1/3 and I get half half every time. Why even give me the option if you’re going to just ignore it anyway? Last straw which made me vow never to order again was I found a hair in my last order. And yes they ignored my requests in that order too.

Ordered food through uber eats 3 chicken tenders with 2 ranch sauce got only sauce no chicken and got charged 14$ for 2 sauce shameless. I keep calling no body picks up the phone and voice mail not being set up get ur shit together

I was so excited to finally try it! Everything i ordered was extremely salty to the point you cant eat it. None of it was fresh, you could just tell. Fries not only tasted like cardboard but also were cold/ hard. Wingsup is much better. Definitely wont go back here. I cant recall the last time throwing away all the food.

Wings were not that great. You could immediately tell that they had been frozen for a while due to the bones being brown. Fresh wing bones are usually white. One of our flavour selections was mild Buffalo. They had absolutely no flavour. Fries tasted like cardboard. 6xtyWings & Wings Up are far superior. First and last time ordering from them.

Fantastic Flavors and Great Service! I recently visited Wingstop Canada, and I was blown away by the quality of their wings and the variety of flavors available. From classic options like Lemon Pepper to more adventurous flavors like Mango Habanero, every bite was delicious. The wings were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

I don’t see the hype! The wings were big the fries were a tad salty but the fries were the best thing..garlic parm honey garlic and Cajun all the flavours were not the best. Go somewhere else. Even St.Louie’s. Ranch dip was good and so was the veggies. Not stingy on that part

Ordered food for 5:45pm and it was ready when we got there. Would’ve been a 5 star but last time we came we had to wait 45 minutes (ordered food to be ready at 7:15pm and ended up waiting until 8pm). The food is absolutely delicious and fresh though and they have never gotten our orders wrong! The same lady was at the front both times and she’s been nothing but amazing for both of our experiences, she was super helpful even when we had to wait and was letting us know how much longer the food would take.

Poor customer service. Girl was visibly upset and extremely rude she had to take my order although their kiosks were down. Chicken was not cooked and raw as well (see photos). Was really excited to finally try Wingstop but won't ever again.
