I had the pleasure of dining here with a good friend, mid afternoon on Nov 30, 2024. Food and service were excellent, as always. Our server, Jacob, was a delight - cheerful, friendly, and very efficient. This guy is a real gem! My chicken schnitzel with fries was superb - tender, perfectly cooked, and delicious crispy breading, with nice extra crispy (as requested) fries. A new taste treat was freshly squeezed apple juice, which I had never experienced before🍏🍎!! In addition to the above, I must commend the other staff members who attended to our needs, from the hostess through to the other servers who promptly dealt with our various ad hoc requests during our meal. All staff were fun and efficient, enhancing our dining experience. My buddy and I are looking forward to our next visit to this classy, upbeat eatery.!!😎 Andy Hoffer Toronto, Canada

First time visiting. The wait time was a bit long. We had only 2 people so they made us wait longer for a small table. People that came after us parties of 3 was able to be seated first. The food is good, we ordered 2 brunch items and a plate of french toast, the little table didn't even fit all the dishware. Which is why I don't like sitting at the small tiny table. We had 2 female staff come over to ask us about the food. But the unpleasant part was, we were never served any water the whole meal. We finished eating and had to ask the waitress to bring us 2 glasses of water. Most of the staff just stood around chatting. We made eye contact with one of the male staff he literally just turned his head away. Maybe he's not "responsible" for our section. Overall I liked the food but not the service.

Good cafe. Quite the assortment of coffee drinks. The most options of Shakshuka versions I've ever seen on a menu too 😃. I love and highly recommend their halloumi 😋 the staff are friendly and attentive. Once waiter even refunded my order when I mentioned at the end of the meal that I could not finish a drink because it was not to my taste. Nice lively and cozy atmosphere.

Loved every bit of my time there… what a lively atmosphere… The menu has really good food choices… Went for brunch, there was a wait of about 25 mins, pretty busy place on the weekend, all day… breakfast options are amazing… not a big place but very pretty and cozy… going back soon again…

I’ve been to this location many times and the Haloumi Shashuka has proven to be a hit time and time again. True mocha with a mix of dark and white chocolate is where chocolate lovers and coffee lovers rejoice! Nutella milkshake was decadent and thick! Tried the Mezza platter, babaganoush, haloumi, labaneh and falafel were on point! Will definitely be back for all the dishes! Service staff were great and food was quick even though kitchen was closing! Highly recommend for any meal of the day 😍

Food: The food is always great. Everything is nicely seasoned and served in good-sized portions. There was some food not in stock during our meal, but the alternatives were still good. Service: Our server did a phenomenal job that made my friend and I comfortable. He was very funny and down to earth. Overall, it is such a great local spot for friend dates. It does get quite busy during lunchtime and after 530, so book a reservation if those are the times you plan to go. We went around 430, and there were still spaces for walk ins during that time

Myself and my friend, who went, were waiting a bit of time for someone to serve us unfortunately (but it was a bit of a busy day, which I get). Once we had someone to serve us, the waiter was v pleasant and approachable. The food and atmosphere was also great; the salmon was tender, and although there was a fair bit of oil, the veggies were cooked to perfection. I did order another dish to-go (the sauteed champignon mushroom and salad), and it was a lot less oily, but also light, refreshing and the mushrooms also cooked to perfection (to the point that my husband, who dislike mushrooms, also was digging them). Overall, I'm a bit sad about the serving time, but I didn't notice too much since I had a friend. Food wise, 10/10.

Overall we had a great experience with our coworkers here. Food was great, I would even say delicious! Even though they ran out of lamb kebabs, shakshuka was a plan B. Mediterranean plates were yummy and great option to share. Location is good for parking. Servers were kind, welcoming and patient. 3 stars for atmosphere: boiling hot inside on a warm day 🥵
