If I could give my experience a zero I would. Today, myself and 2 friends attempted to have lunch at Wimpy's around 1:00. One of my friends is disabled and uses a scooter. I had called prior to going and confirmed they could accommodate a scooter. We immediately were met with rudeness and disrespect from the waitress. We had not even found a table and she started saying loudly the scooter had to be moved due to fire codes. My friend had managed to move herself onto the bench seat only to be told she needed to move her scooter. I asked if the waitress could move it for her, she said no, we could move it outside. The waitress seemed to be going out of her way to make this experience difficult and undignified. I don't know if this is a lack of training or where the problem lies, a customer should always feel they can ask for assistance. We asked for help and were promptly denied. It's shameful a person with a disability was made to feel humiliated and embarrassed. Trust me when I tell you, this did not go unnoticed by the other patrons in your establishment. A happy customer tells a friend but an unhappy customer tells everyone.

I dined in during the afternoon and ordered a simple 4 egg omelet with mushrooms, cheddar cheese, onions and sausage, and was pretty well disappointed by the fact my omelet was over cooked, I regret getting cheddar judging by the quality, may have been processed which is expected to be an option but the only part I kinda enjoyed was the sausage in the omelet and I can’t complain heavy about the potatoes with the hollandaise sauce but they weren’t anything special for a meal that cost nearly $25 I was disappointed for sure. The server was quick to give me my menu and my food came fast. Shouldn’t have had to ask not to overcook a $20 omelet)! Cmon. I can’t say I don’t love the atmosphere of the restaurant respectably.

We’ve been to this location a couple of times now, and I have to say it’s great! Service is wonderful, friendly. They know how to cook sunny side up eggs!! We’ve been going to a place in plains rd for years. Lately not great. We’ve founds our new weekend breakfast place. February 7,2024 - met a friend today for breakfast at this location. Always great service and food. The location itself showing it’s age, but the food and service have always been great.

A good old fashioned diner, few of these are left around. A wide variety of foods to choose from (souvlaki, burgers, wraps, fried liver, pasta, steak, etc) and a good selection of sides. Big portions, fair prices, good 50s atmosphere and great service. We went there with the family and everyone was satisfied with their meals. The only negative - and this isn’t a huge issue, yet it’s a pet peeve of mine - was the milkshake for my son served in a plastic cup even though we were dining in. I’m guessing many kids break glasses but my son isn’t that young (7). I don’t like to see takeout containers while I’m eating at a restaurant.

Nothing's finer than Wimpy's diner! I love the people here, and I always have a great time. Amazing food great service and a great place to sit down and have a meal.
