I had a disappointing experience at this location. I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes with no assistance, while two staff members chatted with each other instead of helping in their own language. This was at 7:30 a.m. on a weekend morning, and my order wasn’t even ready. The lack of customer service and preparedness was frustrating

Wendy’s is my go-to spot for both lunch and breakfast—they have hands-down the best breakfast in fast food! Their Breakfast Baconator is absolutely delicious, loaded with crispy bacon, a fresh egg, and melted cheese. The seasoned potatoes that come with it are so flavorful and perfectly crispy, they’re a step above regular hash browns. I also love their honey butter chicken biscuit—it’s the perfect mix of savory and sweet. And don’t even get me started on their fresh coffee; it’s always hot and smooth, a great way to start the day. Aside from breakfast, their lunch menu is just as incredible, with fresh, juicy burgers and crispy fries. The service is always quick and friendly, and the quality of the food is consistent every time. Wendy’s breakfast has set a new standard, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Please tell me why the number 8 medium Combo is $11.79 on the menu, but they charged me $13.24, and a kids meal is $4.59 on the menu, but I’m being charged $4.99 on the bill. Absolutely dishnonest!

Terrible location. The incompetence is 💯 ridiculous. Ordered at the kiosk, on purpose to ensure there were no communication issues. Still got my order wrong, then had multiple staff members tell me I ordered wrong. Yet missing items still remained missing. Speed is not an issue. Communication definitely an issue. Maybe if they took the time to listen to an order, triple check if everything is in the bags, before standing on their high horses telling the customer they ordered wrong, they'd get things done right.

It has been a while since I ate at Wendy's, and now I know why. We stopped here for a bite to eat with the kids after going to WinterFest at Canada's Wonderland. There was heavy advertising for the Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt, so I gave it a try. I get that advertising pics are never the same as what you actually get, but this was over-the-top. Check out my pics and see for yourself. I thought that I got one of the kids junior burgers at first, it was so tiny. In fact, my burger was smaller, with sparcer toppings, than their juniors. Their burgers were $2.50 vs. mine at almost $10. It was truly unbelievable, shame on you Wendy's!

Took my toddler through the drive-through yesterday before going to Wonderland. It was approximately 3:45 PM and looked quite busy inside the dining room. The drive-through was pretty quick even though we had to wait for our chicken strips. Decided to eat in the car just outside the restaurant. The food was delicious, as always!
