Can barely speak English asked for triple pickles on my junior hamburger deluxe 3xs then was directed to the manager who also couldn't understand triple pickles and 3 pickles command for my order i was so frustrated I just left...it's unbelievable how pathetic it is you can't order 3 pickles on a burger anymore the curry's are ruining everything

Food was as per norm for an Onroute Wendy's but whoever runs the place has got to be the cheapest franchisee in the system, no straws or napkins available, you only get what they give you and that was limited for us, fries were all the small bits (not some, which you can expect sometimes, but all which is really chintzy), basically stop at another Onroute for a burger or if stopping here go to the Tim Hortons for better food and service and overall experience

It was ridiculous how long I waited while being the only person there with 6 employees standing around, after waiting 15 minutes they gave me an incomplete order, then told me it would take another 5-10 minutes to complete it, very bad service food was pretty good

Prices here are inflated compared to other Wendy’s restaurants and they don’t accept awards or coupons. Person behind the counter was rude about it when asked.

The spicy chicken burgers aren't spicy but they're decent, not my favourite though. They come piping hot which is a definite plus. The fries aren't great and worse when cold and can't be reheated well. Frosties are okay though. Reliable quality though, got me through some long school days.

Baked potato with sour cream for three dollars??? Whats wrong with you people! Asked for salt and pepper.. never got it. Asked for knife and fork... got 2 forks. Asked for butter... it was frozen solid and expiring in 15 days. Doesnt inspire confidence!

The person who took our order was very confusing and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Offering us drink options and then saying they don't carry it. As they were out of all drinks besides ice tea and fruitopia. They don't carry any dine in trays anymore, the only option is take out bags. They didn't give enough napkins for everyone to even get one. We also asked for ketchup for our fries and didn't receive any at all only plum sauce. The food was ok but the poutine didn't have much gravy and the cheese curds were huge and they were not melted.
