Ordered drive through. They asked “medium or large?” with no indication it’d be an extra charge or that a small exists. A decent establishment would ask if we want to upsize for $X. Shame on the direction given to these friendly associates to offer upsizes in this deceptive manner.

Horrible service. This store told me the rewards isn't scanning and I couldn't use it at their store. They said I need to place a mobile order although the offer says use in restaurant. Wasted 15 mins of my time and paid in full

This location is the closest one to where I live, so for convenience I go here. Ironically, more times than often they mess up my order and inconvenience me on a regular basis. They need competent employees who can handle busy rushes. Tired of this poor service.

Ordered 2 chili cheese fries, but received both without any chili. I called within 24 hours to complain because the branch was closing soon, to which the manager, a lady claiming their name is - 'Mett' (pronounced 'Matt') gave us an extremely hard time. She requested a receipt even though they never gave one and she acknowledged they don't always provide one. She asked us to verify the amount charged from our bank acnt. Finally, after providing the amount, we told her we had pictures of it. She asked that we bring the food in, however we had thrown it out, because we did not expect such a large franchise to stoop so low that they would refuse any kind of compensation for their mistake. I DO NOT recommend going to any Wendy's! Their competitors make much less errors and are happy to correct any mistakes. @ Manager - Mett ☠👎 You should be extremely ashamed of your customer service, Mett. It's disgusting 🤢🤢🤢. Giving every excuse to avoid compensation after being given logical explanations. Save yourself the time from the start and say no refund for mistakes!!!!

Septemner 20, 2023 ⭐️ In need of a quick dinner due to time constraints, we decided to stop by Wendy's. We placed an order for two combos: one featuring the classic chicken sandwich and the other the spicy chicken sandwich, along with an additional order of three spicy wraps on the side. Regrettably, the wraps left much to be desired, lacking in appeal and flavor. The spicy chicken combo also failed to live up to my memory of its once bold spiciness, tasting rather plain. Considering the price we paid for the combos, I couldn't help but feel that the overall value was lacking.
