HOLY SMOKES!!! THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES EVER. THE LADY AT THE FRONT COUNTER WAS SO RUDE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH HER. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

Ordered a Dave’s Double Combo (plain with cheese) and received a single with everything. Called them to complain because I had already driven all the way home, and barely got an apology from the kid who answered the phone. “Bring the burger back” was the solution even though I’d already driven home and we were running against the clock to go catch a movie. No thanks. It’s crazy how many times this location gets my order wrong. The staff needs better training and definitely better customer service skills. Zero stars, not one.

Tried to order limited edition Krabby Patty meal from the app but your app is broken. Very frustrating. Managers won’t honour the coupon despite me showing them my app. They held up the line in the drive thru because of their own mistake. What was I supposed to do in this situation? I just want my coupon for goodness sake! Terrible service Wendys. Very disappointed.

Absolutely abysmal service, I cannot believe that I was treated like dirt by the manager. I was in drive thru and couldn’t scan a coupon, when I asked for a different meal I was told that I could not order anything else, when I asked the manager why all she said was “we have a long line” and left the window. The manager was also very sassy and wouldn’t take anything I said into account. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stood and waited for my mother and I's order to be taken. Was told "just a second" and continued to wait while 3 other workers awkwardly stared our way. After 10 minutes 3 young girls walk in to use the restroom and were yelled at and told no... very odd. Anyways, our order was literally never taken in the 20 minute experience we spent standing there so we went to Burger King! Was much better!

Its 9:16 am on September 7. There are 3 customers on the counter who told us they havent been attended to in a while. There are no cars in the drive thru. There are 3 staff by the kitchen area. No one is at the counter. We had to prompt a staff member to attend to us. She acknowledged and then turned around and came back after we expressed disappointment if the delay. Very bad customer service. It’s a disservice to the Wendy’s brand.

It gets so frustrating paying $50 to feed a family of 3 - yet even being paid $16+/hr they can't remember to give all the items. I'll enjoy my dry chicken fingers with no sauce.

I love eating at Wendy's for the great prices and tasty food! But I only gave it three stars due to the fact that the service wasn't great and it wasn't really fast food....more like line up for a long tine and wait for your food for a long time. Again I don't know if they were knew workers or not but we were not impressed with it . Plus it was a little dirty
