Excellent food and excellent service! We had kids with us and our server Tracy did a great job explaining some of the menu items that might be too spicy for them. She also gave menu suggestions to the adults because none of us were familiar with the menu. Tracy's suggestions were great and we were very satisfied with our meal. Highly recommend!

Excellent environment and service . Some of the food items were really good . Specially Messi burger . We ordered smash burgers which was not any all smash . Manager was kind and removed it from our bill . All over good experience

Been meaning to checkout this place for a while! Atmosphere and decor were great. We tried the Messi burger and Buffalo chicken burger! Food was tasty, especially the Messi burger, but nothing too special for the pricetag! Definitely Overpriced! Still good to visit once for the experience!

We came here in the summer , I forgot to place my review. I love how we just walked in and was seated quickly even though there was a lot of people. Our first time to a Hard Rock Cafe. We loved all of it. The atmosphere, our waitress, the music and the food. The kids loved the guitar plates !

The decor and ambiance was nice. They were showing lots of 80s music videos while we were there. It was surprisingly quiet. I had a few mixed drinks which were decent, and the food tasted good although my burger was overcooked. It was pricey for what we got which was around $200 for a beer, 2 burgers, 2 mixed drinks, a kids salad, and 5 chicken tenders. The closest parking is at the casino, but we walked from our hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food and music truly lived up to the Hard Rock vibe. Tracy, our server, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable time. Her friendly attitude and attentive service added a personal touch that made our visit all the more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back – thanks, Tracy, for making it a standout experience!

we were there shortly after it opened. Kristy was our waitress. We are still very impressed by her hospitality and friendly manner. our order came after just a few minutes, even though the place was slowly filling up. the food was very tasty. best wishes from Germany

Expensive and overrated! That is in short my experience. Everything in Niagara is expensive however the quality should reflect the price. This is a place I wouldn’t come back. I was there with my son’s soccer team and the prices were really high. A hamburger was around $35 CAD, my son ordered a regular poutine and it was $19. We had a few drinks and that was it. My husband and I shared a dish with ribs and pull pork, the ribs were delicious but the pulled pork was dry. Fries were ok.
