The cashier was so rude. She asked which drink I wanted, but she said something I couldn’t hear clearly. When I asked her to repeat it, she became rude. Instead of answering me, she slammed her hand on the soda fountain. After preparing the drink, she didn’t even say anything to me. I had to ask her where my drink was. What a terrible experiences, would never back again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I started placing an order but quickly changed my mind and asked to switch to something else before I even paid. However, the lady assisting me, named Harman, told me that the sandwich had already been made and that she wouldn’t take my new order, all of that happened in less than 1 minutes so I guess the sandwich wasmade already. She insisted I pay for the sandwich anyway, or she wouldn't serve me anything at all. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's so disheartening to be treated this way, especially right before my vacation. I’m truly disappointed ! I hope the managers will take this review very seriously, it is impossible for people to receive such service !

The service has been terrible every time here. I love Wendy's food that's why I have tried several times to order here, but it is a shame that because of the rude service that is offered this is not a good option at Terminal 3. The first time I ordered it was only one combo, so I think they got the right order for being a single simple one, but seating was a big issue. So, I better ask for it to go next time, but I got the wrong kind of burger in the several combos I ordered this time! But I realized only when I got home, so nothing to do here! Because of this, the next time I ordered I better check it before I took it to go. That's when I realized I got it wrong again! So, I told them, but instead of at least a fake apology, both the cashier and the supposed manager got very defensive and rude! Today I gave them a chance again and the same old sad story. They have ZERO customer service! I know what I said when I ordered, but it seems that it was my fault. I even tried to extra explain while ordering for the same reason. It seems that when is not a single combo or item or when it has substitutions, they cannot handle it and blame YOU for it. Also, they keep closing the area for eating for several very long periods, what's that about? With the limited seating spaces on this side of the terminal! It makes no sense! I understand taking some minutes to let the floor dry... but an hour or more?

Excellent Staff! I always stop by this location and the staff is excellent. They deal with some difficult customers. They are customer service pro’s, I see it every visit. My Spicy chicken was perfect, chilli was amazing.

We purchased food at 9.00 PM today for kids and once we collected the order, cleaning staff told us to go and eat some where quoting they have closed dining area.They had not posted any notices that they have closed dining area and floor was wet causing an unsafe area. Manager and cleaning staff were very rude and unprofessional. The guy who introduced himself as a manager was not having any identification.They used bad words and threatened us that they will call security. I do not recommend this place for dining.Our family was unhappy and frustrated the way they treated us after having happy holidays in Niagara Falls. There is a Starbucks and Subway store with great service. We missed to check their previous reviews before ordering foods.

The girl working at the front end got my order wrong and then start arguing with me saying that she has been working since morning so it’s not her fault. They charged me 20 dollars just a burger and fries. The manager named ‘thaya’ came and snatched the food from me while I was explaining that this is not what I ordered. Too much attitude for no reason.

We had been waiting for more than 5 minutes, there was nobody in the line. Then after some time manager tried to serve the people who came after us ! Manager excused that we were not standing at right spot! Common sense was entirely missing!

I went there last night I find it to be very rude. How they are speaking in their language in front customers. You are not at a family reunion, back home. Please stop this! I don't know if it was Indian, punjabi, hindi or what ever please STOP IT. YOU ARE AT WORK, we the customers should not have to wonder if you insulting us, making fun of us, saying give them cold fries or any other inappropriate things. I did not even want to buy food after seeing that.
