Wahlburgers

It seemed like a great quick option to get a warm meal to take on the plane with me. At least that’s what the sign by the take out counter said. The checkout process also said it would take 20 mins or less. Actually took 25 mins which ended up making it a tight squeeze to get to my gate in time. For a mediocre chicken sandwich, at an elevated price, I just wouldn’t recommend it. Better to try Tim Horton’s or just get something on the plane.

The worst service ever! Came down with my 3 kids. I was told that you can only order online. My kids tried doing it, my husband tried ordering online, after 40 mins of trying, my daughter just went across the street to get a sandwich. I went up to a bar and just asked to pay for 2 beers, because it was just ridiculous to waste so much time just to order lunch!! At the end , we had out too beers at the bar and I went to get food for my kids from somewhere else. The older looking waitress was very rude. I asked her to speak to the manager, she said she doesn’t know where he is . Her exact words were “ I don’t know, he’s around somewhere” I asked to speak with him, she just completely brushed me off. I haven’t had this kind of service ever! And I would expect a little more from a bar inside the airport. Maybe start with getting nicer waitresses, and better service, and also paper menus would be nice, not everyone wants to order online and use online menus. There were so many people that came into the bar, tried to log in and then left, it was just ridiculous and sad to see

Burgers are easy. Yet they missed the mark on this one. Buns can be better, they use American processed cheese and hardly any seasoning or sauce. Your small church BBQ can pump out better burgers than this place. Not the worst airport food there is, but certainly not the best.

I got a take out and it was super quick went my way to the flight and opened my order just to realize that the Order was super cold and dried, would have been cooked for a while. I came back within 5 minutes and for a replacement from the lady at the front with curly hair looked Her words were “you ordered an hour before of course it is going to be cold”. I replied I know what time I ordered and came back within 5 minutes. As she rolls her eyes, shakes her head and mutters takes my order for replacement. Consequently I took my order and chose to not say anything to avoid any further inconvenience. However, I have resolved not to patronize this particular establishment again and advise others to exercise vigilance in ensuring that their order is prepared correctly. To add on this is not expected from such a reputed Restaurant.

We were definitely tired and hungry! However, the lady server (apologize for not knowing her name) was absolutely amazing, so positive and energetic despite the fact they were really busy. Food was tasty - we got “our burger and the melt”

Got the Jenn's Sandwich Combo (grilled chicken, crispy onions, caramelized onions, lettuce, brioche bun) with the dressing on the side and an upgraded side of Parm truffle tater tots. The sandwich ain't bad, the onions are the stars for sure because the chicken is a tad bit dry. Also wished it came in a paper pouch/wrap just for the burger (instead of a box) so it'd be easy to pick up and eat without touching the burger itself. On the other hand, the tater tots are amazingly delicious even just by themselves. Very crispy, just as they should be! Though the Parm truffle part was probably just the dipping sauce since I didn't taste any extra seasoning on the tots. All in all, pretty good airport food!

After see this restaurant in so many places I decided to give it a try. Don't believe the hype on this place. I was disappointed because the burger didn't have any seasoning and you have a very limited menu. I got the barbecue and avocado burger which was the only thing giving it a little flavor. But just try it for yourself because everyone taste buds are different.
