By far the dirtiest Wendy's I've been to. Tables are always sticky. Bathrooms - do go. Most times, it's freezing. Most of the staff are rude. Maybe it's a change in management. It was a good location a while back.

Went to drive through, was spoken to rudely, food was pretty much thrown out window at me, food was not nearly cooked properly, bacon right out of fridge. I let this go. Went in a week later and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while multiple employees saw me and knew i was ordering. So i will not be spending money here anymore.

I go to Wendy’s to get a baconator, and only a baconator. The last few times I ordered it, I get home only to find 2 half pieces of bacon, when t’s supposed to come with 6. So I give it another try tonight- this time I’m checking the burger before I leave. And yet again, there is this skimpy amount of bacon. They aren’t even half pieces, more like 1/3 of a slice. I knock on the window, and get told “that is a whole piece of bacon” They eventually gave me some bacon in a side container “free of charge”, ummm ya hi, I paid for 6 slices, so you’re just giving me what I paid for. Definitely won’t be back.

The Cinnabon pull aparts are literally stale and freezer burnt every single time I get one. Only at this location. Every single time. Like how??? I thought “quality is [your] recipe” and I can’t have ONE good experience. Shame on you for selling these to paying customers. You can literally tell by the container that it is freezer burnt. And in that photo I’m squeezing it as hard as I can… it’s hard as a rock. I’m beyond frustrated. Do better.

I was served cold food and my order of hot coffee was served cold. When I went back to issue a complaint they said they can’t do anything. Poor management .“Quality is our recipe” lol

Floors were really slippery today, yes there were signs but honestly felt like I was was walking on ice. The cashier was slow. There was an accident outside and the people behind the counter were so distracted by it I literally watched the girl at the counter take like 10 seconds to watch what people were doing outside and there was a man and his daughter standing there waiting to order and he didn't look happy to be ignored....this place has had better days... On a good note the food was good tho.

Broken seating, fountain drink machine requires you to scan a QR code that leads to a never ending loading screen, so you have to go back to the counter to ask them to fill your drink. Last time I'll come to this location.

Did a mobile drive through order. No issues with the service. They had my order ready and got everything correct in the bags Food was fresh and tasty. However the chilli was a bit watery with hardly any meats and substance in there I would recommend for a fast food joint. One would only hope that the good experience one person gets it will be the same experience for all others. Keep up the good work Wendy’s. keep it fresh , tasty and made to order the way the customers wants.
