The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Hamilton Mountain

The meal was amazing. The prime rib, filet mignon and the new york strip were done to perfection. The French onion soup and caesar salad were great starts to the meal. And of course the Creme Brule and Billy Minor pie were a nice ending to the meal. Our server was spot on.

Yesterday, we made a reservation for 9 pm at the restaurant. However, we were seated 15 minutes late. The next available table was located in the far corner, near the window. The temperature was extremely cold, and the seating was uncomfortable. There was no heater in the vicinity. Our server, Kelly, was very loud and appeared to be somewhat disrespectful. The service was slow, and the patrons at other tables were also noisy, making it difficult to hear our conversation. We ordered Prime rib, which was unfortunately sold out. As a result, we had to order a different dish, which was another disappointment. No steakhouse should be without Prime rib. My Blackened chicken was dry and overcooked. It was even difficult to cut with a steak knife. The vegetables served on the side were cold and uncooked, as were the French fries. A typical fast food restaurant can produce better French fries than this establishment. Overall, the experience was a waste of money and a complete disappointment. We will never return.

the cocktails I ordered were watery, the meat was tasty, the side dishes were not. I recommend the wine. the service was great, but there was too much information. The time I was there was a full house and so many loud people that even the person I was talking to couldn't hear me.

Excellent night. Our server Marierose was wonderful. We came here for my husband's 65th birthday. Marierose was really very attentive with us. Our sons very happy with the food and service. Definitely we will be back. Actually is not first time at The Keg. Thank you so much for this night. The Billy Miner Pie Delicious⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cauliflower delicious😍 Calamari 😍 Steak medium rare delicious. Virgin pinacolada delivious. All our food was cooked and served ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Love everything, except the Lobster Roll. The taste is just too standard, and the rice that comes with it tasted bland. But love the Prime Rib, Neptune, Crab Cake, and Billy Miner Cake!

My husband and I visited this location to celebrate my birthday, and we had a wonderful time. We were seated right away when we arrived for our reservation, and our server, Jessica, was very friendly and professional. We were very impressed with the efficiency and timing of the service, and our meals were delicious. We tried the crab cakes as a starter, and loved the lemon dill sauce they came with. Our steaks were cooked very nicely to our specifications, and the seasonal vegetables were simple and fresh. The twice-baked potato accompaniment was phenomenal! We also received a complimentary birthday dessert, which made the night feel special. Bravo for a well-run operation!

Food was so delicious. Ben was our server, he was excellent!! Steak very tasty, cooked perfectly. You have to try Chicago Cooking, best seared flavour. Service was awesome as always.
