This is the best shawarma in Hamilton in my opinion! Everything tastes fresh and made my hand. It’s a small family place and the staff is incredibly generous and friendly. Instead of the thinner big wraps they have the puffy round kind; and the sandwich is full of many different types of pickles and vegetables and nicely spiced chicken and white sauce with a fresh herb mix. Get the fattoush salad or fries to go with!

Ordered the T-bone steak rice combo and the mix chicken steak shawarma rice combo. Besides a single bite to confirm that the steak was over cooked also found that the steak had an unusual taste and tough, my partner turned down the entire meal other than to eat the fries it came with. After spending $25 on that combo it was a serious let down, I was also asked if I had wanted onions and peppers with steak however was further disappointed when they were not present. I liked that the salads were on the side however the vegetables were wilted and soaking in vinegar dressing..Overall cost $50 and will not be returning.

This was my first time here. The customer service was amazing and the men working there were very kind. They made fresh delicious food . The chicken in the poutine was so tender and amazing . The entire meal experience 10/10 even the size.

We got chicken and steak shawarma, and some of those potatoe tornados... It was very good some of the best shawarma ive ever had in Hamilton. Hopefully someday they can open a full restaurant.

Ordered steak and rice combo. Lots of white sauce and rice. Not a lot of steak for 18+tax. On that note when I went to pay, I was handed the terminal which a 40, 50, 60% tip was shown. On a 20 dollar meal... why am I tipping 5-11 dollars when I'm getting less food than other shawarma places... wouldn't go back or recommend

It's a very tiny place. Several customers recommended the poutine but my cousin got steak and rice and I got steak salad. Although the customer service was amazing, I found the steak to be overdone into chewy and dry. You get a ton of sauce on your salad. Worth a try!

Wagon Grill has been my list of restaurants to try for a while. I'm glad we made it, finally, yesterday. Overall a great experience. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming even though very busy. Our order was prepared quickly and accurately. The chicken rice combo is an amazing deal. The portions are so generous that it was two meals for each of us. The chicken dish is so flavourful and spicy. We'll be back to try more of the menu soon!
