This used to be my favorite pizza place until last weekend. Took my kids out for dinner and I specifically ordered penne alfredo pasta. Our order came to the table and it was fettuccine. I told them that this was not the first time that they messed up with out order. I ordered many months ago for the same pasta and they did it wrong. We ate once in the summer and the same thing happened. I figured that they were not being honest to their customers. I will not bring my family again here, very disappointed.

Came here because when you look up “takeout” in Pickering the reviews are one of the highest. Was told 15 minutes on the phone. Got there in 17 minutes and they had not started cooking it yet but I could see it being made. No other people in the restaurant except one person who seemed to be a friend of the worker. 2 Employees, one was chatting at the take out counter, one was making pizza. Neither greeted me until I had walked right by them and been standing at the cash for some time. No hello or even asking me my order. Just stood there chatting ignoring me. I paid and the machine prompted 10%/15% and I believe 20% (May have been 18%). Walked out of there 30 minutes after ordering and 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done. We had ordered a shareable New Yorker pizza and 1 garlic dip. Got it home in under 6 minutes and went to eat right away, only to find out the pizza dough was mostly raw and the slices were just a big floppy uncut mess. Understanding this type of thing happens I called back to let them know and was told by the gentleman on the phone “I didn’t take that one out of the oven”. I told him I understand that but somebody did and it’s not cooked… at all. After he put me on hold for a second he came back and said “I asked the other guy and he said it was cooked well” I said “ok thank you very much” and he said “bye” and firmly hung up the phone. I’ll include photos of the pizza and the 1/3 filled dip cup that was $0.99. I’m not going to review the pizza itself because the photos speak for themselves but due to the customer service alone I would never come back. Very poor experience not sure where all the positive reviews are from.

When they opened few yrs ago, it was much closer to real neapolitan pizza and tasted good. Fast forward a bit later, pizza dough was flat and underwhelming. Standard definitely not the same anymore. I see a dough pressing machine which explains the flat bread style pizza now.

Came here for pizza night last night and enjoyed it very much. 🤗. Will be coming back here for pasta night. Staff is friendly, there are tables to sit and eat at, and I noticed high chairs - which is key for many parents. We ordered online , and our food was ready in about 40 minutes. Looking forward to our next meal here.

Had the Margherita pizza which is always my litmus test for neopolitan style pizza. It was really good! Bread was made thin crust which was a nice dough blend almost sour dough. The pizza was a little underdone but it still tasted amazing. The sauce was perfectly seasoned and just my type, not too sweet. The cheese was fresh and just right. My wife had the spaghetti meatball which was also really good but the meat ball was a little underwhelming. I would definitely come back for the pizza.

Ordered a 14” Margherita and Meat lovers pizza both tasted great! A good stone oven pizza option in Durham however a bit pricey. The Margherita tasted quite authentic and would highly recommend. 100% Halal

a small and quiet place to grab a bite to eat. the food is super fresh and made to order. I've only had the pizza and calzone so I can't speak for the pasta. however, the pizza and calzone were super tasty so I highly recommend. the staff were super patient and helpful with helping us decide what to order. going in I thought they would just give us disposable cutlery and plates but instead we ate off of actual plates. the cleanliness of the restaurant was good as well. the station where you put your dirty plates and cutlery was emptied as soon as someone left it. the bathrooms were clean and updated.

This was one of the best pizzas I have had in years! Generous with the toppings, and the older gentleman working on the pizzas really pays attention to his craft. The price was fair too. Pizza was perfect to be honest. Not too thick not too thin. The whole time I was waiting, the man making the pizzas was constantly checking the pizzas in the oven to make sure they were cooked perfectly. I'll let the picture do the talking
