We ate SO good here, and it was so affordable. Everything from the service to the food was above and beyond. The menu is vegetarian and we were guided through vegan options. Huge portions and really flavorful. Promise me you'll get the dosa with the potatoes! Wow. Wow. Wow.

Disappointing visit. Discovered expired food on the menu at this Indian restaurant, which completely ruined the dining experience. Not only is it unacceptable to serve expired food, but it also raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards. Would strongly advise avoiding this establishment until they address these issues. A one-star rating is generous considering the risk posed to diners' health.

I visited Urban Dhaba twice, and both times I had a very bad experience. Today I ordered a thali for $10.99, which came with biryani and other curries in a thali that smelled so bad. After one bite of biryani, I vomited. It was smelling so bad i couldn’t even finish my dinner I had to threw it .All the food tasted like garbage. It’s not recommendable place for food at all . Ver

The best samosa place. Must try 😋 Fresh vegetables and fruits. Spices and grocery items. The price is right. They three branches. Burlington, Stoney Creek and Hamilton mountain. They are busy because of excellent staff and high quality of food items. No need to go to Mississauga or Toronto for Indian grocery shopping.

Great, no-nonsense spot attached to a Swadesh, a little Indian grocery store chain. Great prices (was able to get a thali for $8), good portions, seating area is small but quite nice for a quick meal—clean, and simple. The food was good and well-seasoned. Really good for a casual lunch or dinner!

I had catered for 45 people for Satyanarayan puja at my house today , I had ordered no onion no garlic food . The food was delicious and , perfect , not too oily or spicy . Very well packaged and delivered in time . All our friends really loved the food . I would definitely recommend and cater from here in future as well . Staff are very polite and helpful . I had placed my catering order with Bharvi and she was extremely helpful and prompt .

Absolutely amazing experience. The folks at Urban Dhaba (Swadesh) go above and beyond to make sure they provide amazing service, that is only outdone by their swadish (tasty) authentic homemade Gujarati/ Punjabi foods! Not one person left disappointed by their flavors, and everyone raved about this food in the pictures, in addition to another day of food (samosa chaat, bhel puri). I cannot compliment and recommend them enough, do not think twice about eating here, or ordering for your event!!
