Toronto Pho HAMILTON

My friends and I used to be a regular customer here and I loved the food quality and they had weekly deals. However the quality and service has gone down drastically, I ordered recently to give it another shot and was terribly disappointed, will not be coming back. They completely messed up my order even though I confirmed 5x since the employee seemed confused, they repeated it back to me and still got it wrong plus there was a beard hair in my food! And the wontons/ chicken were disgusting, rubbery, and not fresh. My stomach even hurt after and their pad Thai sauce is just ketchup now. They didn’t even acknowledge me after I said there was a hair in my food just tried to brush it off and say I ordered wrong, didn’t offer to remake my food or give my money back. My friends and I won’t be going back here.

We used to be regular customers, ordering at least a few times a month because the food was consistently delicious and high quality. Unfortunately, it seems things have changed since new staff took over in the kitchen. We decided to give it another try tonight, but we were so disappointed that we won’t be coming back. The wontons, which used to be a highlight, were fishy (bad weird taste), dry, and lacked the fresh, bouncy texture they once had. The sauces, which were previously flavorful and well-balanced, were bland and uninspired. Overall, the quality of every dish we ordered has gone downhill. It’s sad to see a place we loved fall so far, but we can no longer recommend it. This was a truly disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning.

Pho tasted nothing like pho. Could mistake their pad thai for spaghetti. Food took 30 minutes, 10 minutes for utensils, and another 10 minutes for napkins. Front staff was overworked - she handled almost everything (cashier, milkteas, takeout), bless her soul. Hire more staff please.

Second time here and the Pho is excellent. Their bubble tea is also really good. Clean place and great atmosphere. Ordering through the QR code at the table makes things easy. Water was refilled when needed and food came fast. Highly recommend

Last weekend, I visited Toronto Pho and was pleasantly surprised by the great deal I found on Uber Eats—buy one, get one free on bubble tea! I tried the original bubble tea with coffee jelly, and both were very tasty and affordable. I highly recommend checking it out if you're a bubble tea fan.

Beautiful experience at this location. Our food was great, service was very nice and the Thai Iced Coffee at the end was amazing!!!! We normally go for the bubble tea but we will definitely be back again for dinner. The grilled chicken and pork was one of the best we've ever had.

We recently ordered Toronto Pho through Door Dash. This is the second time we ordered from Toronto Pho. The dinner came promptly and was hot and fresh. We ordered shrimp pad Thai, beef vermicelli, a chicken pho and spring rolls of course. I have no comment for dining in, but we would recommend ordering through an order service like Door Dash (Skip the Dishes too).

I had the pad thai. Usually not a huge fan of tofu but it was super yummy and fried. Very nice big portion. Really cute take out containers. A lil spicy but in a good way. Will definitely be back to try more.
