Was charged for a large pizza even though the day I came in was a Tuesday where they have a free upgrade from medium to large. Was told because I'm Not allowed to get medium price because I’m. using a coupon. Coupon doesnt say that you’re not allowed to combine deals.

Walked-in after waiting to place via phone for nearly 10 minutes. When I went in, my "15-minute order" took close to 30. During this time, our pizzas were left out nearly 10 minutes while our salads were made. See pictured: we ordered Ceasar and Greek salad (no tomatoes) - see photo of what we got instead. This place has really been trending downward. This time was a system-wide, corporation to franchise failure. It was completely unacceptable; this was the final straw.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and it was dry, with almost no sauce. Second pizza ordered with extra topping of fresh basil. Paid extra an not much was put on the pizza.

Great pizza. Very good service. And we love the burger pizza. We ordered a XL 8 topper. Loaded with everything. One Hawaiian great pineapple and ham. A d of coarse a burger pizza.

Customer Service was awesome. Delivery guy was super nice. Even arrived a few minutes early Both pizzas arrived nice and hot and not all mangled. Canadiana & Montreal Steak Spice both tasted amazing! No complaints in this house.

Average pizza… I was expecting more based on the reviews but it wasn’t that great. The dough was a bit chewy, the cheese and pepperoni weren’t that tasty… the sauce was good. Overall, it was average taste.
