Hey - we're Jack Astor's. Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. We specialize in delicious food and drink and are a lot like a reverse mullet- we're a party in the front and all business in the back. In all seriousness though, we take real pride in our food and make over 200 recipes in house - Every. Single. Day. Mic drop. Try our fresh guacamole, centre cut aged Canadian AAA striploins or our famous Jack's Chicken Fingers, made with fresh never frozen seasoned chicken tenders, hand breaded to order. We also sling an impressive selection of craft brews and cocktails. So let your hair down, loosen your belt and come hangout!

This was such a great experience and we will definitely be back. We had heard that the restaurant was fabulously decorated for the holidays so what better place to come for New years lunch. Meghan was outstanding. The food was amazing (pan garlic bread, homemade cheeseburger and curry chicken bowl) and overall just amazing service, atmosphere and experience. Thank you.

I visited this location with my husband, friend, and young daughter on a particularly busy night. Given how busy it was, I expected that we may not receive the level of service or attentiveness that we would on a less busy evening. With that being said, we were met with poor service and left feeling as though we were less than. To begin, we asked for crayons for my young daughter to colour on the table with. It was understandable that it may have been an oversight to not leave any for a party with a young toddler given how busy the restaurant was, but after asking 3 separate times throughout the meal and not receiving it until the final ask, it left us feeling as though we were not as important as the other larger parties in the restaurant. The waitress also brought over the wrong order which has happened to us in the past at other restaurant and isn't an issue at all. The issue lies in the fact that she was aggressively insistent it was our order despite the fact that she was only delivering the dish to our table and wasn't the one who took our order. They eventually confirmed it was the incorrect dish and gave us the main we ordered (with no apology as they seemed to be in a rush). Although this is not a huge concern, it is to be noted that the waitress who brought our food put the hot meals and drinks directly in front of my young toddler. I have found that most establishments understand that hot dishes should be placed further away from young children as they may suddenly reach out to grab the dish. We were surprised that she did this but I assume it was due to being rushed to attend to other parties. The service level and decorum of the staff that night was not on par to what we would expect at a Jack's location. We understand that it was a particularly busy night but we would've still appreciated being given the same level of service the other larger parties in the restaurant experienced. The food was mediocre, the service was terrible, but it is to be noted they decorated the restaurant very festively for the holiday season. It was certainly a good effort in terms of decoration and atmosphere. The hostess was pleasant as well.

Had a great experience tonight with Torin as my server. Made sure to check in throughout our whole dinner service. Completely replaced my artichoke dip with the lobster dip after I told him I didn’t enjoy it. I left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you for accommodating all our needs and being so nice about the dip!

This is one of the best jacks I visited. The atmosphere was amazing with lots of lights and decoration. The service was amazing. Sam was amazing. She was very hospitable and always asked if we needed anything. Amazing 👏.

Sydney K was our server tonight and she was amazing! Super fun and friendly. LOVE the abundance of Christmas decorations here, it’s crazy! And the music is always perfect, a little bit of everything.

Can I just say.... Wow! The Christmas decor is amazing! They went above and beyond! Our family was so impressed! Its so festive and made us feel so happy!!! Liv (Olivia) was our waitress, she was amazing, great with our kids! Food was amazing, always is!

Meghan in Newmarket was great. We ordered nachos on a busy Saturday night, they came out in 5 minutes - excellent portion sizes, plenty of food. She made sure we had everything we needed. Even sent us home with take away sour cream and salsa for our leftovers. Well worth it.

The chicken fingers were amazing and some of the best I’ve ever had. I love how it was dog friendly and they brought out water for my dog. The people there were very easy to talk to, definitely coming back soon
