This Tim Hortons location is one of the best because of the manager, Afia. I was greeted with a smile and had a positive interaction with the server and manager. I can tell the workers were comfortable as I can see how free they were even with the manager around. A safe and welcoming environment can happen with a good leadership and Afia has done well managing. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the space and how quickly tables would be cleaned. I was extremely impressed to see Afia involved in serving customer's as some leaders believe they are superior to their staff .

This location is an excellent spot to stop for snacks, especially if you're heading toward Barrie. I absolutely love Tim Hortons, but the one in King City stands out. The customer service there is phenomenal—truly top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a cheerful, "Hello, how are you?" They maintain this positivity throughout, ending your visit with a polite "thank you," even after you've thanked them for their service. Their politeness and constant smiles create a welcoming atmosphere. Not only is the service exceptional, but the team is also well-presented, with neat uniforms that reflect their professionalism. The building itself is relatively new, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. The scenery around the location enhances its charm, making it a great place to relax during a journey. If you're looking for a fantastic Tim Hortons stop, King City is the place to go. Give it a try!

Customer service here is poor. The availability of products is low. They didn’t even have cold brew. They overcharge for customised drinks. In large iced coffee there should be proper syrup which is 4 pumps but they said they will charge 2 dollars for that. They have no work ethic and under trained by the management. Manager should educate them about the customisation and how the drinks should be charged. They prefer not to sell than learning customer service and the job they do. I would rather travel more and go to some other Tim than visit this place again.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and was incredibly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the manager, Andrew, From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the team was well-organized and motivated, and that’s a testament to Andrew's leadership. Not only was the store spotless and well-maintained, but the staff also seemed genuinely happy and eager to help, which created a welcoming atmosphere. Andrew's went above and beyond to ensure my order was prepared perfectly and even checked in to see if everything was to my satisfaction. It’s refreshing to see a manager so actively involved with the customers and attentive to detail. He made sure everything ran smoothly, even during the busy rush, which was impressive. Thank you, Andrew's, for making my experience memorable. It’s clear you care about both your team and your customers, and it truly makes a difference. I’ll definitely be returning to this Tim Hortons because of the positive experience!

I was met at the window by SHAY who greeted me with a huge smile and a hello and how are you? She then told me that she didn’t have plain timbits. I laughed and said my dog was going to be very disappointed and she asked if he would consider a plain donut and then got me two. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I left with a smile on my face

I had a really disappointing experience at the King City Tim Hortons this morning. The store is under construction, which made it difficult to navigate the drive-thru. I missed the speaker to place my order, so I ended up ordering at the window. The employee took my order wrong and charged me the incorrect price, then had the nerve to blame me for the mistake, rather than trying to fix it. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined my morning. If she doesn’t want to work there, she shouldn’t take it out on customers. I hope the management looks into this and provides proper training because nobody deserves to be treated this way when grabbing their morning coffee. ———————————————————————————— I am extreme disappointed with Tim Hortons following my last review. The so-called follow up was nothing more than an act, with no real effort to resolve the issue. Despite promises, no one has followed through on improving the service. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of accountability. This brand and its service have become truly unacceptable. Shame on you. If this continues, it won’t Be surprising to see the business fail, and frankly, I’ll be glad to see it happen.

When in Canada! We stopped briefly to grab something light, but got on the road and forgot we had the peanut butter cup Connie and the Blueberry muffin, they tasted fresh a day later, so unlike Dunkin, their Fibre are good and stay fresh!
