The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer

Unfortunately, it was a letdown from the very start. I ordered a burger, but when it arrived, it was undercooked and raw in the middle. Naturally, I sent it back, expecting a new, properly cooked meal. Instead of receiving a fresh burger, they simply reheated the original one and sent it back to me. It was clear that it had been microwaved, as it was dry and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the manager showed no concern for the situation. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake. In terms of customer service and food quality, this was a huge disappointment. I expected much better from a place with a decent reputation. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to be wary.

Easily the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. All the food was clearly very fresh and cooked carefully. It was quiet when I went on a Wednesday at 3 which makes sense but I’d imagine it would still be good regardless of how busy it is.

We read the other reviews and seems things don’t change. On arrival we got attitude as we came in the back door and she seemed more focus on Christmas decorating. There was not one other person in the restaurant and took around 40 mins to get our food. When it arrived the onion rings and fries looked old and way over cooked, the bacon in the burger was also overcooked. When we bought it to the waitresses attention she gave us more attitude and treated us like we were the problem. What a waste of time and money we often eat at other works locations and have never had an issue. We won’t be returning to this location unfortunately

I had an amazing dinner last week at The Works with Mackenzie as my waitress. She provided me with amazing service by greeting me right away, she got the drinks as soon as she seated us, was able to answer any questions regarding anything that I had asked her and constantly had a smile on her face willing to get anything else that we needed in a timely manor to make our dinner experience great. I will definitely be back!

Service was extremely slow. Waitress was the only one working but the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. When she did interact with us, she seemed more interested in her cell phone which she pulled out to use while taking our order. The burgers were dry and cold. I’ve eaten at different locations and didn’t have any issues, but this was overall a terrible experience, both food and service wise. Avoid this location.

The burger ideas are cool. The portions are a bit on the smaller side though. The dessert milkshakes idea is excellent. The place, itself, though, smells everywhere and cleanliness is not up to mark. The mugs our water was served in had white stains likely from dried water (?!?) Doubt we will be back

The best burger place I've been so far, simply delicious! The menu has so many options of burgers Or you can choose from a selection of patties, buns and tops to create your own burger - I'm sure you will find something that pleases you. There are vegetarian options too! The atmosphere is pretty fun, with many details all over the restaurant - from the walls to your table. The place is clean and nitty & staff is super-friendly. Also, highly recommend trying their onions rings & shakes, it’s so much filling! Would definitely visit again.
